My husband and I came in here for takeout lunch. This was our first time ever trying Colombian food and decided to try this... restaurant we always pass by. Just walking in we were greeted by an older gentleman and made to feel right at home. Uponlearning that this was our first time trying Colombian food, he showed us the menu and patiently described all the differenttypes of food. He even gave us a few free appetizers to try and let me say everything was delicious! You will not bedisappointed from the hospitality to the quality and taste of food. A friend bought me here and I will say I was blown away. My friend is from Colombia so I knew it would be good but I was wholly... unprepared for just how good it was. I had the lingea en salsa and it was perfect. The meat was fork tender and the salsa wasjust right. I highly recommend this place. Only one down side service is a little slow but still worth it. The flavors are definitely here and are certainly authentic. The staff is very welcoming and very nice, and apparently at night... they have a adjacent area for which you can dance and drink as well! They even have Columbian trinkets and candies and snacks.Definitely a gem if you are looking for authenticity. Read more
