We have been here many times with our children, and date nights.. with many amazing memories created. However.. tonight was... another story! Celebrating a birthday we decided to call and get a table for our family to enjoy the table cooking with somesushi.. Let me say, the chef cooking the food at our table was clearly under the influence of a substance. He was sweating,stuttering his words, and unable to remember the cooking process, where he was and what had been cooked. In total he left thecooking area 3 separate times during the cooking process.. after 1 hour and 32 minutes my family and the other family we weresitting with had seen enough. The waiter asked if everything was okay, I simply said it was not, and our experience was not upto the level we have had previously on many occasions. HE LITERALLY LAUGHED at me.. I said it's not funny. Basically we paidand left. To think that someone cooking with folks in front of them, lighting fires is under the influence is astonishing. Atone point he poured the entire oil bottle on the grill, then instead of cleaning it up he proceeded to light it on fire. Theshow that is normal had nothing on this fury of fire.. oil splatter everywhere on the plates, and my family.
