Had a great experience here for my husband's birthday. The food and service were both excellent. It's not worth knocking off a... star, but I will say that I did not like the atmosphere at this location as much as the ones at Caesar's and Sensei (Lanai). There were several tables of people who, in my opinion, were quite underdressed, and a couple loud, slightly rowdy parties. Notnecessarily a bad thing, particularly if you're looking for a more casual fine dining experience, but not what we were expectinggiven our previous Nobu experiences. My husband and I did the Las Vegas style chef's tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. The live octopus and scallop, hot stone wagyu, and bento box were absolute favorites. It was about a 2.5 hour experience, andeverything was well coursed out. We left satisfied but not uncomfortably full. All in all, I highly recommend Nobu, and thislocation if you're looking for a casual, lively night out. Read more

My first time dining at Nobu at Virgin and it was a delight. The ambiance is very welcoming and quite charming. Our... servers/hosts were hospitable and attentive, the dishes were delicious , and beautifully presented to us. It was truly a greatexperience. The Miso Black Cod is a must try for everyone, one of the best dishes on the menu. Read more

We enjoyed one of the most positive experiences of our trip here. We were celebrating one of our best friends and stayed at the... Virgin Hotel. I was so excited when I saw Nobu was there at the hotel. Turns out, it's one of the oldest Nobu locations. Bijonwas our server and he was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! Our group of 7 wanted to try everything on the menu. He created a menu for uswith the chef to share with one another. It was incredible. Everything was delicious. We had the most incredible last nighttogether and Bijon made it happen. We all literally want to visit again not only for the amazing cuisine but because he reallymade our experience complete! Dining service was excellent. Food service was well paced. We enjoyed some sake samples, followed by the best salmon sashimi I... have had in a long time. Japanese doughnut dessert was also great. Menu does not show coffee, but they do offer cappuccinoswhen you ask. Overall, high quality dining experience. Recommend making reservations as the restaurant was busy. They do havea bar area that you can pop in and have a snack and a drink however. Read more

01/02/2022: 4.95 out of 5 - I came into Las Vegas from Portland, Oregon. to celebrate the new year. I was excited to see that... Nobu was at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas where I, my wife and her family was staying. It was opportunity that I needed and wantedto try Nobu considering the history and stories behind the famous chef, Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa. Unfortunately, at first,Nobu was all booked. We had a party of 7, and no tables were available. So, the manager did ask to check back at 6:00 PM whenthey open to see if there were any cancellations that they can possibly accommodate us. 6:00 PM rolled around, the call wasmade and we were in! Party of 7 was to be seated at 8:00 PM. Late dinner for some but, nonetheless, we were able to get atable. We get there at 8:00 PM, the staff was ready for us. Which was good, after all, there are "power eaters" in my group. However, one must remember, this is Nobu where the average check is $135 a person! The establishment was fine Japanese dining. Impressively clean and laid out quite well. It wasn't as noisy as I thought it would have been, which was excellent as I preferto have a great conversation without having to yell across the table, or worse, conversation through text (we've all beenthere). The staff were friendly and very professional. Clean, attentive, quick and responsive without the intrusion. Ourdrinking glasses were always full! Now the food and drinks. What can I say? Despite of some things not on the menu due tologistical issues that was out of their hands, everything was delicious and presented artfully. Sake was served chill, whichwent well with the foods that we ordered. The variety of meat texture was just silky smooth, all the vegetables was a melodythat complimented the all dishes. It was very tasty from start to finish. And, speaking of finish, we did have the desserts. It didn't seem a lot at first, but it packed in a lot to enjoy. All in all, at the end of any meal I wi Read more

Dined at Nobu for the first time & it was a great experience. Fish is top quality & delicious. We tried several apps & rolls all... which were pretty good. The tuna tacos & baked crab hand roll were my favorites! Had several desserts & the mochi was so good.Definitely a bit pricey as it was around $600 for 4, but if you have the chance I would definitely recommend! Read more

I believe this Nobu is strictly Omasake, chef choice dining. No menu is given, only wine/cocktail list. No mention of pricing,... and many types of seafood was out of stock. Server, will ask what you like, dislike, or allergies. We had 3 people. not knowingwhat we had, until it was bought out. We did mentioned, we liked Uni. The Uni, was very fresh. and high quality. Never had suchdelicious Uni. The sliced scallops was also great. We ordered 2 bottles of mineral water, and one non alcoholic drink. Totaldamage was $500. Will we try again, probably not. But, it is something, you should experience. Sushi at Nobu is high-end. Foodwill not fill you up completely. Read more
