After having eaten at other Nobu spots, I was excited to try the Vegas spot for the first time. The ambience was on point classy... and the place had amazing vibes. I walked around the kitchen area and everyone was hustling but attention to detail was amazing.Every cook/chef was focused on prep and plating. We were here for business dinner and were seated promptly after our scheduledappt. Our waitress was awesome, so detailed and thorough. She asked our likes and dislikes are ordered for us. They create themenu based on your liking and affordability. Everything from start to finish to desserts was absolutely incredible. I would rateeverything a good 6/5 (yes 6 out of 5) but the sushi like a 4.8. For 7 ppl the final check was high but was absolutely worth it.So order per your liking and your $$$. Fresh, clean, delicate, rich, full of flavour, and well crafted dishes. Every bite leaves you wanting more. Only reason this... review received 3 stars was due to the table service. We could barely hear our waiter, or understand him. And we felt like wecouldn’t make any accidents at the table, every crumb on the table had someone quickly coming to the table to wipe it away, orsomeone rushing to wipe the water off the table from any condensation from our drinks, or food way being taken away from us whenwe hadn’t finished!!! Considering the price you pay for each dish, it’s very rude to try to take away our meal when weclearly are not done with it, and not even asking if we are done before trying to take it away. The service made our anniversarydining experience very rushed and uncomfortably awkward at times. We would have appreciated a lovely relaxing dinner, where wecan enjoy our delicious dishes. Sushi was super fresh! I loved it but didn't like how we had to sit in front of the sushi chefs. Since their service wasn't... great.. felt awkward and they just stared at us. Also didn't know we had to order with the waiter or with the chefs.. hugemiscommunication there. Anyways sushi was nice and fresh, also front desk was super helpful. I wouldn't want to come backbecause of the experience. The chefs also seemed like they were talking about us while we ate.. Enjoyable birthday dinner for a friend. We were a large group and the restaurant accommodated us well by providing chef's... recommendation, a decent quantity of food and a willingness to let us split the check 10 ways. I enjoyed the food but it isexpensive for what it is ($250+ per person). The food is good quality and interesting but no more so than any other good qualityrestaurant. I would try other places before returning. My favorites are the Lychee Elderflower Martini, the black cod and thesteak with onions. Read more

Lots is said about Nobu and what can I say, it didn't disappoint. From the staff, to the cocktails, to the food right on. We... asked our waiter to bring food equivalent to a certain amount of money and he created a tasting menu. Except one course not sogreat, it ranged from delicious and excellent to fantastic. we had a great time. I've dined at Nobu before but this was my first time at this location at the Caesar's Palace. My friends and I left the best... reservation for last day as we had very high expectations for this establishment from the soaring reviews online and word ofmouth. We were very surprised by the flexibility of the menu, especially for myself being vegan. The waiter explained thatanything could be made vegan so he suggested the vegan avocado ceviche with crispy rice. It had a very nice sour and tangy tasteto my liking. In addition to my vegan picks, I had the vegan tacos and hand roll; both very light and great for a smallmeal. On the other hand, my friends' experience was very different from mine. The steak was cooked too well when our requestwas for medium rare so the beef was tough to chew; hence we sent it back to the kitchen. The cod was not met to theirexpectations. This was a great experience. The wait staff is prompt and very friendly. The food is a full experience and each dish is full of... flavor. We did the meal where the waitress orders for you family style. Also we got to eat some 24k Gild flakes in the dessert. Read more
