They use real fruit!, great service! and its jammed packed meaning its popular and they are exceptional! But...its too sweet for... me ???? I always order 25% sweet but they forgot? I dont know. This place has a large plastic window where the cashier stands to take your order. They also are wearing heavy face masks. It's... very difficult to hear them, especially with blenders in the background. Meanwhile, the rest of the place is filthy. They out inthis show with the plastic window and masks, as if they are concerned about cleanliness and germs, yet everything else is justdirty and gross. Read more

I just returned from getting 2 large bobas. One was a large watermelon pineapple with rainbow jelly. Well its very tasty. Tastes... just like watermelon, I'm pretty sure its lacking pineapple. I can't taste any and I had 2 family members taste it and theycouldn't taste it either. And there is no jelly in it. Just a tad aggravated. The other part of my order was a large peanutbutter banana with coffee jelly and boba. That drink was correct. This location is not as nice as the one over by the galleriamall. The staff at that location blows this one out of the water. The store is dimly lit and the staff are not as friendly asthe other location After you place your order and pay they tell you to go outside and wait they will bring it to you. I waitedabout 8 mins for my 2 drinks out in the heat. They to find out the order wasn't correct. I will not go back to this locationeven if it is close to the house. Between the dark dingy store to the not so friendly staff and the screwed up order. They lostmy business. So if you change it and go here try your boba before heading home or you could end up like me with a $15 tab and aincorrect beverage. Go to the galleria its 5 star service compared to 2 here. A little place tucked inside a building. Wouldn't have found the place had we not ventured in and walked around. Good service.... Tried the coconut and taro milk tea. Boba texture is okay but the tea wasn't. Especially the coconut one. It had the smell ofcoconut but the taste was bland. It's like drinking sugary water. We didn't finish it. The taro tea was not memorable. Saw tubsof fruits so maybe the smoothies are better. Read more
