The service was nice, he made the drink very very quickly - like 30 seconds - but that kinda says something about the quality. I... got the brown sugar milk tea and it?s just syrup and milk. The boba pearls were a bit tough and chewy, the worst part wasprobably the fact that the straw wasn?t wide enough to suck up the boba so it wasn?t very enjoyable. The price was almost 6.00for a medium which sucked - for this quality it?s closer to being worth around 3.00. This place really does have great Boba tea! What I think is even better is their willingness to go the extra mile for a... customer. I went twice in two days and both times was helped by an Asian gentleman who made sure I would like my drinks. I hadseemingly simple requests that the cashiers didn?t seem to be too savvy about (I think they were newer to the team?I don?t thinkthey were trying to be unhelpful). One request was to have the drink made with non-dairy milk and the other request was to havea combo of different flavors, an option that wasn?t on the menu. Both requests were essentially denied (not harshly) by thecashiers, but the Asian gentleman overheard my requests and took it upon himself to let me know he actually COULD accommodatethose requests. That might not seem like a big deal?but in a day and age where a lot of folks working in the service industry seem quick to do the least amount of work possible, it was really refreshing to have someone go the extra mile to say ?actually,I can do that!? when he could have just let it go and continue on.
