Was craving a basic hot dog and decided to order a combo and some onion rings. First the price was shocking. Then I look at my... receipt and my order was completely wrong; I asked for one combo, one extra hot dog and onion rings. Not sure if the guy whodispatched just started working here. So I go back to cashier and ask to ring me back up with correct amount. He ends up ringingup one combo, extra hot dog and no onion rings. Obviously I didn?t know this was missing my onion rings until I got my receipt.Whatever, that?s fine, maybe I didn?t need to eat those onion rings, fair enough. Then when I get my order my damn soda is flatas hell! Ughhhh I just didn?t want to be that customer that complains constantly so I just grabbed it and left. Good portions for price, great service and quick; for airport food you could do far worse.
The food was good, very expensive, but expected considering it?s located inside the airport. There is only one problem, no place... to wait for your order. You either stand blocking people from ordering easily, blocking the walkway in the terminal or blockingthe other restaurants. Other then that, I had an excellent experience here. Read more
Good was good. Went very basic because it was layover food. Cheese dog and bacon ranch fries. I loved the fries, and the cheese... dog was good. I want to try the chili dog and will be back. What brings it down is the airport location. Nowhere to sit, longunorganized wait time. Read more
i boughtt a coffee and kit kat at their stand at the rio for cowboy christmas. after paying $7without thinking about it, i asked... how much the regular size 4 bar kit kat was. it was $4. i asked for a refund on the kitkat and gave it back. they said theywould refund me, after a short while, but never did. buyer beware: dont make the same mistake i did, or they will takeadvantage of your trust, which im more upset about than their overpriced candy bar. Very disappointed. I mean I know it?s airport food but, at least cook the fries right! Fries were burnt, hotdog was not hot, bun... was a little hard. They can do better. The girl even looked at the fries and she knew it was burnt and just laughed it off andgave it to me. Very nice customer service! I bought a crispy chicken sandwich, small fries and a drink. My total was $17 and some change. The cashier charged me an extra... .54 cents for bbq sauce. The worst food investment of my life. My fries were cold, the chicken sandwich was trash and thelemonade was barely lemon. If you have a Choice chose jersey mikes right next door. I let the manager know, he is pictured inthe photo. Why is this place famous? Hotdogs are a poor excuse for hotdogs. It has no taste. Waste of money for a low-quality dog.
