This place never let's me down food wise! Great food, great quality great portions! Some say other places are better or whatnot... that's just because they've never ate here! Forget about what everybody says about everywhere else, this place even has a 32inch giant pizza that you can't even fit through your front door unless you have French style opening doors! I ordered food at 5:30p they called at 6p saying it will not get to me until 7p-7:15p because we ordered the chicago deep dish.... They said it would take 45min Just to cook the pizza. How does that account for the other 60min? I asked if I could cancel andthey said it was too late to cancel because they already put it in the oven. The lady that answered the phone had zero customerservice skilled and had an attitude. I wouldn't buy here again based solely on employee attitude. Read more
I was very disappointed from the moment my wife and I walked in. We had to asked if we can have a table. The cashier said let... me ask my manager. WOW! The table and place was dirty. The waitress swept all the food that was on the table to the floor sheleft and didn't come back finally another waitress asked if we have been seated as we were sitting by the table we were waitingto sit at we said she wiped everything on the floor and never came back. So she ended up sweeping the floor. After finallybeing seated and waiting for our pizzas my pizzas was brought out first and by the time my wife pizza came out I've alreadyeaten about three slices. So my wife cuts into her first slice it made a hard crunching sound The pizza was burnt at the bottomand a bit hard the staff seemed to have and been perturb by us mentioning the pizza was burnt until I showed her the bottom ofit. There was no apologies provided to me or my wife by the staff or the book. So when the re- made pizza arrived to thy tablewe asked for it to go after checking and tasting it if course the pizza was actually very good. The pizza was delicious, and the slices were pretty good size. I also loved the garlic bread. And the fried zucchini was so... delicious. The only downside was, the napkins are tiny. Other than that, I would say...go get you some. Also the staff was veryfriendly and they have a clean environment. Read more
I should have read some reviews first It was my first experience here... I'm not impressed. First It took an hour to be... delivered on a Tuesday night.... The hot fried food I ordered was burnt..and soggy by the time it got here. I ordered the NapoliItalian Salad it was good but warm. I'm mad I just paid 35$ for this! Read more
Barely any sauce and a whole SLAB of cheese! Totally no care in the world for a decent cheese-to-sauce ratio. They said this is... the normal amount of sauce so I?d get extra sauce if you do decide to order a pizza from here. You?re better off ordering pizzahut tbh. Read more

I took my 5 star down. BEWARE THEIR PICTURES DONT SHOW REAL PRODUCT **LOOK AT REVIEWS** THIS GOT TO BE THE WORST FOOD SERVICE.... AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
