The staff is amazing. The last time I went most of the staff was bilingual/multilingual which I loved because that meant that... there was hardly any barrier of communication between employees and clients for the most part. The environment is also prettycalm and lovely. I personally love using the tables they have set up outside (when there is no wind or blazing sun) because theyalways have soft, lovely music playing in the background which is great if you're going there to hangout with your family and/orfriends to catch up or just simply to relieve some stress from your hectic day-to-day life on your own. Also, while I have nottried it myself, I have seen that they provide a wide variety of wines with a wide variety of different tastes, and I have seensome people who seemed to order beer along with their pizza and wings. Better quality than the chain pizza places. Comes straight out of the oven nice n hot. It has a nice crust that's not overly... doughy like at Costco. So good!!! My friend couldn't even wait for me to take a pic before grabbing a slice. Read more
I love Napolis!! Today I got the 10" pepperoni pizza and 4 wings special with a large Coke Zero! The food here is first-rate!... The staff here is always professional and super efficient! But the food is so good you just want to ask the owner to adopt you.Seriously the food here nails it! Pizza, burgers, wings, specialty sandwiches, not to mention desserts! New York style pizza joint. Reliable Vegas staple. Also have burgers, fries and other kinda random dishes. Pizza is a little... thicker (albeit good tasting) bottom crust. Decent cheese blend but typically I like a little more than what I got. Sauce ispretty solid. Nothing worth noting about it other than it decent taste like it was fresh out of a can like some other so-calledNew York pizza places. Dining room is really nice, large and clean. This is one of THE BEST places to get pizza and wings. They have such amazing customer service and their food is amazing. I... would DIE for their fried zucchini. We order at least once every two weeks and we get about $100 worth of food and it is ALWAYSworth it. I can?t recommend this place enough, all my family and friends will hear about how amazing Napolis is. Read more
Heads up,, The 5 cheese pizza has no sauce. Another cheese pizza, The white pizza, says "no sauce". The 5 cheese has no verbage... to this effect but now you know. It was awful. Thick layers of cheese on crust. Oh yeah, we added meatballs which look morelike flat pieces of cooked deli meat and taste less so. I'm pretty forgiving on food but this is why I never go to Napolidespite it being close to my work. 1 extra star for the apathetic counter person looking up to answer my question about thesauce. How silly of me to assume that sauce comes on pizza when the pizzas they offer with "no sauce" clearly say that. NOW Iknow. Next time I know to ask for sauce on my ???? Read more
I absolutely love this place! It has definitely earned its way towards being one of my favorite pizza places in this city. I've... been here several times before, but this time was one of the best. Ordered a 16" pepperoni pizza and 10 medium buffalo wingswith fries. The pizza was delicious (as always), and the wings were really good. Alongside that, the fries were some of the bestI've ever had. Really crispy and tasty, and they cost $1 when adding to a plate of wings! All in all a great place withemployees that are really friendly. I'll definitely be back for more and more food. Read more
