Nabe is a pretty good hot pot restaurant.. I'm used to Chinese hot pot, so this was a little different for me. Regardless, the... Nabe original soup base was really good and the variety of meat and vegetables was great! Our waiter, Brian, was personable andhad some great recommendations! Be prepared for a bit of a wait (we had to wait 1.5 hours for a table), but there's a reasonthat this restaurant is so popular.. we took our two kids (8 & 16) and they had a great time. I could easily foresee visitingagain the next time we're in town. Note that they do not take reservations, however, you can join the wait list via yelp. Read more

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The price for AYCE lunch is $25, which is a steal. I felt like I was robbing the... place. We had so much hot pit that we couldn't even order any sushi. All of the selections were fresh and great quality. I loveAsian fare but this was my first every hot pot experience and Nabe set the bar really high for any other hot pot I visit in thefuture. So many choices, it is almost overwhelming but in a good way. You have the option to create a beautiful meal withquality ingredients. Everything is light and fresh so you are full afterwards but not that greasy, heavy kind of full. Justsatisfied. Can't wait come back to town and eat here again. Read more

Got there before 6 on a Tuesday, got seated right away. The place got crowded after 6:30. Meat quality for the hotpot is good.... Has a veggie and condiments bar. More than half of the menu is sushi. The fish quality is good for a buffet, however, the ricewas way too wet tonight. It was more like a mashed- rice. Overall, little disappointed on the sushi because of the rice, butgood place if you are can't pick between sushi/ hotpot. Read more

This is a very affordable place for combination of sushi and hot pot. I feel like they do a better job with sushi than the hot... pot. The sushi was pretty fresh, and well made. The flavor was perfect. They have plenty of choices and they give you more fishsashimi then rice. The hot pot was just ok. The soup base does not have that much flavor. The meat was not that highgrade. One of the pork belly we got was grey colored and server said that?s normal, but come on, how can you tell me it?snormal for fresh meat to be in grey color ????????hopefully that?s isolated case. I did not include it in my picture Read more

This is a nice little hidden gem on the corner of Spring Mountain and Stober. They offer a great selection of sushi along with... the hot pot. With the hot pot you get a nice amount of beef and you can go to a buffet style area to select the additions toyour plate. We had a small party of 3 and all did the AYCE for a total of $100. We all enjoyed it and will be returning forsure. The place is very clean, plenty of seating and good service. Read more

Nabe is my absolute favorite Sushi and Hotpot spot in Las Vegas. If you?re looking for the best all you can eat sushi and hot... pot at affordable prices, this is the spot for you. Where do I begin?! I tried a bunch of different sushi options, andeverything was amazingly fresh! The toppings bar has a great selection of toppings and sauces, and I love all of the yummy meatoptions. My favorite broth was the sukiyaki. Did I mention that they also have the best soju?! The music, the service, and theambiance definitely set the tone for an amazing meal. I highly recommend Nabe to anyone and everyone, whether you?re a Las Vegaslocal or a visitor. Read more

Food is good and tons of options, however it feels incredibly rushed when eating. Coming here, I was excited for a good meal.... We were seated quickly and chose our starting meats, appetizers, and broths. The vegetables and sauces are self serve. Themeats were pretty high quality and extremely thin. You should definitely order 4-5 meats at a time! They are good quality andfill you up fast. The only thing I wasn?t a fan of was how rushed it felt. As soon as 45 minutes had passed, they informed usit was ?last call? on the foods. We only stayed there about 70 minutes in total from how rushed we felt. Food is good, serviceis meh. Read more
