Amazing Japanese restaurant and great vibe, seats near the window looking towards the waterfall are worth stars just by... themselves! Food was exquisite, we took some reccomendations for starters and they were absolutely amazing. The main toothfishwas perfectly prepared. Wild Snapper sashimi is beautiful (see colorful photo) and delicious. Tuna and crispy rice was great aswell - if you like crispy rice must try. The scallop roll was to die for (but don't plan to get full on them). Overall highlyrecommended, reserve in advance! Read more

A delicious and unique dining experience! Restaurant has different types of reservations, so be specific in what type of dining... experience you wood like. Located inside the beautiful Wynn hotel, this spot has an elevated vibe with a strictly enforced dresscode (and multiple reminders of the dress code leading up to the reservation). Attention to detail is great (e.g., a birthdaycard placed on the table and a beautiful birthday dessert at the end), and the service is superb! Read more

Incredible experience at Mizumi last week. From beginning to end, each dish was fabulous in presentation and more importantly,... in taste. The Hamachi Carpaccio was amazingly delicate and was finished all too quickly. Was tempted to order another but moredishes were coming so I resisited. My wife had the Lobster Miso Soup and enjoyed it immensely. Next was the Assorted Tempurawith a very light but crispy batter and took a delcious dish to the next level with its delicate flavors. That was followed bythe Robata Platter with Tiger Prawns, Sirloin, Jidori Chicken, Shishito Peppers and Mushrooms. We also added the Short Ribswhich is a must. Then the jewel of the evening, Wagyu Kagoshima Fried Rice. Incredible, served in a scorching stone bowl, WagyuBeef, Snow Peas, Shoots, Green Onions, Truffle shavings surround the the rice and beef with a soft poached egg on top. Waiterbreaks it up and mixes it for you and wait a few minutes as it continues to cook. After a few minutes you dive in and everyflavor and aroma hits you. You have to eat it to understand how rich and satisfying this dish. The meal ended with a Soufleewith Coconut Ice Cream (which you drop down the middle of souflee) and Raspberry Sorbet. Being it was our anniversary, we weretreated to 2 delicious macrons and assorted berries with a Happy Anniversary plaque. The wait staff was attentive andinformative, the ambience was elegant and richly appointed. It is a beautiful restaurant. Next time we are back in Vegas, wewill definitely re-visit Mizumi. Read more

We had an awesome early dinner here. We sat at the high top bar and received great, friendly service. Of course the food was... amazing too. The sashimi platter was delicious. We had the scallop roll and the crunchy rice roll as well as their signaturedish - so pretty! Even though we received information about the dress code we did see some guys in shorts. Perhaps it wasbecause it was early. It didn't affect our experience, it was just surprising after receiving texts about the dress code. Read more

Good Japanese restaurant. We enjoyed the food and drink. Everything was fresh and high quality. The service was great and the... interior was beautiful. Just keep in mind that it is very pricey. You need to place a reservation and be well dressed. I wasdisappointed by the fact that the lights in the waterfalls weren't on. Even though we were at the restaurant at 7:30 pm and itwas quite dark outside... Read more

The most incredible food I've experienced in a long time. We had about 10 different dishes and the flavors of everything... surpassed my expectations. I wasnt a big sushi lover until I ate here and can't wait to come back. Also the views of thewaterfall was amazing. Read more

Great ambience, food, and the service was like a well oiled machine. They were very knowledgeable about each food item. I... recommend going with a party and everyone coordinating different orders to sample the menu. I spent about $170-180 aftertip. The truffle edamame and wagyu fried rice stood out the most to me. Their mask dessert is off menu item. It's delicious butnot that big. Yes, it's expensive but they're transparent about it and it's posted online and in front of the restaurant. Willdefinitely go back next vacay. Read more

Chef Allen Watkins went above and beyond as always to ensure an amazing dining experience. I will be returning with my clients... that visit whenever possible. Our waiter was an amazing supplemental element to the experience as well. Read more
