Excellent!!! The best food we had in our entire trip to Las Vegas! Fresh vegetables, great flavors, homemade tortillas using... corn they grind themselves. Like no corn tortillas you have had before. They gave us yellow and blue tortillas. The sautedmushrooms were amazing. The roasted street corn was very flavorful. Everything was so tasty! I've driven past this place for a while and noticed the sign - if I had realized it was a Mexican restaurant I would have come... by sooner! Unassuming from the outside, but very chic, bright and comfortable inside. I liked it immediately. My mission wasbreakfast today, so I got the blue corn pinole pancakes and, upon recommendation, the dulce de leche latte with oat milk. Thefood came out quickly, and was very fresh and hot. It looked amazing and tasted even better! I love breakfast, and this was thebest I've had in a while. I can't wait to go back and try their other options. I'm especially interested in the tetelas. Perfect handcrafted food. Very unique handmade. Unique coffee aka cafe the olla. And various mixed drinks such Paloma’s of... mando, grapefruit and Jamaica. I’m just amazed on the process that they go through to make a plate. I will definitely come tothis place everyone I come to Vegas. They close early so be conscious of the time. The have the mazapán orchata. Variousvegan plates for my vegan people.
