Conveniently located in Skye Canyon, Menchie's will satisfy your sweet tooth. It's the typical Menchie's located throughout the... United States, but there's one key difference to this location and that's the flavors don't ever seem to change. I have seen onedifferent flavor change since they've opened. I've asked about other flavor changes but that never seems to happen. If you likethe same flavors that they offer without change, then this is for you. If you are looking for some other flavors, then keeplooking as it's not here. Menchie's was located in my previous neighborhood and the flavors changed weekly. I wish they'd get ona rotation for different flavors. While I reside here and don't care for your flavors, when my family visits, they patronizeyour location. Staff are robotic. No smiling friendly faces to greet you. The store is clean each time we go with no froyo allover the place. The toppings section also seems to be well kept. If you rotate the flavors and carry my favorite flavor fromtime to time, you'd get 5 stars but for now 3 stars is overly generous. Read more

Owner very unpleasant. Snapped at us like we were children, and told us not to turn the dials on the toppings. I had not turned... the dial, only looking at it. Every time we go here, the hot fudge is either empty or not hot. Thanks for being rude againtoday, as this was our last visit here. Not only because of the rude treatment but because again there were flies on thetoppings, so we basically couldn?t get anything that we went there to get. Then as we checked out, it took everything I hadinside me to pay for our items and not just leave them on the counter. The cashier had the nerve to point out the tip button,ummm no why would I leave a top? We were once again extremely disappointed and that was the third chance that we had given thisbusiness. I don?t care that it?s close by, definitely won?t be back, and would not recommend to anyone. Be nice to your payingcustomers, my goodness. It?s not that far to drive to Yogurtland or Uswirl. Not as many flavors of yogurt as some locations, but what they had was VERY good! Also, they had a LOT of toppings available,... all of which were well-stocked and looked very fresh and clean. The whole store was quite clean. When the clerk wasn't ringingus up, he was cleaning something. Read more
