Went here hoping to get ?round eggs?, for a no-carb. Nothing on the automated kiosk, so I ask at the counter. They were able to... do it, but 4 round eggs cost over $8. Better off going to ocean grill for their breakfast. A whole omelette costs about thesame. The only advantage at McDs was that my eggs were done in less than a minute. Good if you?re in a hurry. Worst customer service I have yet encounter. Upon ordering to done in I received my order to go. When asked floor staff where... should I sit, they advised me that I should leave as it is against covid policy to have many people. That's why they did closesecond floor and 2 additional tables. When asked, what's covid restriction people quota manager kept on insisting I shouldleave. Not yet received an answer as to what is actual covid quota other than being insulting to customers and not looking forsolutions. As for the food - same as any other McDonald's. Only difference from many others you don't get the refills, or anoption on most menus to have it in large size - this may be due to location. Ah and if course no toilet on the premises. But whodies wash their hands nowadays... I will be back of course but do hope that the staff will be either different or improved. OHand I almost missed, of course nobody did clean the table or disinfect it after one family left and I took place behind thetable. However that certainly is not the biggest issue of this place. Everything is good but I order a large fries and it post to be filled up but it not it not even half way filled up I order a... large not a small if I can get a refund for my fries or another one or something I will appreciate it Read more
Went to this location at 12:42am this morning on my way back to my hotel. Can't say I would recommend this location though. You... can only order by kiosk which isn't my favorite. Prefer to order in person but they don't offer that. There was about 7 or 8 ofus waiting for our orders, we all waited about 5 - 8 minutes or more. Which isn't horrible but figured since there's no one busytaking orders, they should all be in the back making the orders. Figured it would have been quicker. Thought, oh well that meansthey are making the food nice and fresh. When I finally got my McDouble, the patties were very dry and was just disappointed.Yes, I know this is McDonald's. But that means I have had fresh ones before and I expected that since they were all being busyin the back. Wouldn't recommend going to this location sadly. Read more
Worst service ever... place is dirty.... manager littertly kick people out and flip other costumer down... told us we needed to... leave as she was cleaning .... when its 9pm and lobby is full she blocked as the exit with chairs.... Read more
This is a different kind of McD's. You have to order by the app or at the kiosks (there aren't any cash registers). The... upstairs was closed due to the homeless problem so all the downstairs tables were taken. However it was clean. Read more
Came here to get some ice cream and we were not disappointed! Even though a lot of crime was happening outside (I am serious,... there were two separate fights going on outside) this place feels safe and clean. I am not sure how they keep it so nice here,but they have a 30 minute time limit if you wanted to loiter after your purchase. Read more
Impressive, Impressive, Impressive!!!! This McDonald?s has done so much better than ever before. Service was awesome and fast,... food was very fresh, and it was beautifully updated. I will definitely be returning when I?m back in Vegas. Read more
