Workers were very polite and pleasant. However, the app didn't send them my payment, so i had to pay there... and the food was... definitely either old or over cooked. The fries tasted old. The burgers were tough. The buns, getting dry. The McFlurry and icecream cube were great. Pies were good. Disappointed in McDonald's today Read more

A line of people were waiting for a cashier, an employee came and said that everyone had to use a kiosk. I ordered 1 item so it... was easy to get it done at the kiost, however during my 10 minute visit I did see 2 parties of 3-4 people walk out due to themgetting frustrated at the kiosk. Register should be open, kiosks aren't as fast and aren't user friendly. Read more

Stopped in to grab breakfast. Food was great except the apple fritter. It was a little hard and would be better if it was... heated up. Tables needed to be cleaned. Staff was very nice. Read more

I usually get the fish sandwich. It has always been 'a cook to order' item. The last 6 times I've ordered I got this shriveled... piece of something that's been sitting around then reheated for my order. It's over cooked and half the size it should be. Theedges are hard and inedible. WTH! This is not a hard job to do!! Read more

The "genleman" working the late shift (1:30am-ish) tonight (10/07/22) was THE rudest employee I have ever encountered at any... McDonald's! I knew it was going to be interesting when he snapped at the person in front of us who was trying to order. So muchso that we could hear him from our car and it caught our attention. We proceeded to try to order and he didn't even let mefinish before saying that they didn't have what we were asking for. We said that it was literally on their menu board and hetalked over me again saying they were missing ingredients for that. Okay...kind of rude but we just adjusted our order, saying alarge # whatever, and he snapped at us saying he needed a size...well maybe I was too quiet right? Ordered my other item andhoped for the best. Didn't get any better though. He practically threw the food at the car in front us, snatched OUR card, andwhen we asked for sauce for nuggets he snapped yet AGAIN saying he'd already put it in the bag. How when you never asked?Checked the bag anyway just in case he is a psychic on the side and of course no sauce. We waited for him to come back to thewindow and asked for sauce again, and he had the nerve to shoot us a dirty look, talk to himself with the SOUREST look on hisface as he was coming back, and shoved the packets at me. Didn't even let me say thank you, nothing before he scowled again andslammed the window shut, as much as he could, and walked away. I heard the guy behind us also call him a jerk after THEY orderedbut it could have just been a coincidence, although I doubt it. I understand that it was late, that food service can suck, andthat he may just have been having a rough day but geez! Really uncalled for Read more

Always quick with the mobile orders! This is my go-to for lunch. Food is always fresh. Sometimes fries are not salted and the... sweet tea is bad, but otherwise great location. Read more

Stopped by to grab some breakfast while on the road and they were very quick to get orders made and handed out. All of our food... was very hot and fresh and we enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely recommend this location if you need a quick bite. Read more

You treat your food, like you treat your employees. In turn that's how they treat anyone, that isn't "kind" to them. I also,... fully understand their frustration. The only thing I can't understand is why anyone eats their food. It's not better thananyone else. Promise, and most fast food chain restaurants give you better service. Because they aren't this overworked andunderpaid. You're company should be the face of the failure of the American dream. You never had the humble roots, or thehonest goals, or the pride in America that you claim you do. That was all just advertising. Trust me I ate it up in the '80slike we all did. Now some of us are still paying for it. Like anyone that chooses to do business with you. To sum up I don'teven know how this became a review for me. I don't eat there, I won't eat there, to my knowledge and the past 20 years I haven'teven stepped foot in one of their parking lots. And the last time a coworker brought that back from lunch, when I ordered tacos.Saying their line was too long. Which is ironic, probably means better food and maybe 10 more minutes of patience. It gave methe chocolate rains for 2 days. Read more
