We were charged $3.78, for 2 small fries (Yesterday, my boyfriend ate ate at McDonald's on Sahara, near Las Vegas Blvd. S, and... ordered small fries and they were .99 cents! So... different McDonald's charge different prices?! Doesn't make any sense...????)..we explained our dilemma to the "Manager", I think she was mgr., she sure as heck didn't act like it...VERYUnprofessional! I would give 0 stars if i could. Couldn't get a receipt because there was no receipt paper. I asked for food fresh and it was... nowhere near fresh. Drink station was sticky and full of soda all over the counter, no lids or straws. 2 spills in the lobbywhich i had to tell front counter after about a hour of me sitting there in the restaurant that wasn't cleaned up. Floor allover lobby was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Not one clean table to sit at, had to find a little spot in the kidsarea that was decently clean i guess. New to the area and this place seems to house a lot of homeless people. They?re starting to gate the communities nearby because... it?s clearly becoming a problem. Got back to my apartment and saw police ushering a homeless man from the property. It?s notlike where i?m from, normally you?d see homeless people in the subway. Over here you clearly have to step over them. Somethinghas to be done, oh the food was okay. They forgot my sauce though. As they always do. Read more
Where do I start...the quality of the food is low grade and has no flavor. I understand they are a business and they focus on... their margins but wow the quality suffers. Lots of people just eat it because it's there in every corner. But, if you would puttheir burger up against smash burger or red Robin's it doesn't compare. Read more
Got a big breakfast in drive through today. My hash browns were missing and not sure what's going on with these eggs. I didn't... eat them. I asked for napkins and jelly and was told they were in the bag. I got to my destination and there was none. This isthe second time in the past couple months I get terrible drive through service. I ordered thru my mobile app to dine in, I had my 3 children with me we sat down at open tables and a male worker whispered to... us that it was closed, No sign stating this at all! Also when we received our food the fries were not full for a large andchicken nuggets super dry! I would NOT recommend this McDonalds at all I want my $ refunded for this horrible experience, pleasebe more nice to your customers and need better food made not dry chicken nuggets and barely full large fries, hoping thisimproves at this location! Order drinks and food after I payed they told me there cleaning the espresso machine and that it will take 2 hours to clean it... then another issue was that they could not give me my receipt that they didn't have paper for receipt and the attitude of theemployee's here is very terrible. Very unprofessional. Trash all over the restaurant. Read more
