It was sad to see a McDonald's like that in a major Las Vegas hotel. Meaning that it is a place that is open 24 hours a day, 7... days a week and they had only two or three crew members behind the counter as the evening went on. The lines went on for quite awhile, and at one point you couldn't use the screens to order because they turned them off. They just made your order as quicklyas they could, and you were out the door. This place is always immaculate, which is shocking for a McDonalds. The food is always made to order, which is also shocking. I... have never been to a cleaner McDonalds, nor have I ever had better food at one either. The staff is generally friendly andaccommodating. All that being said, it?s an extremely inconvenient location, and the wait for your food can be brutal. Theyobviously can?t do anything about the location, but they should definitely hire faster workers. All I?ve seen there is peoplelazily walking around without a drop of sweat on their body regardless of the size of the line. Still the best McDonalds inVegas, tho. Maybe the world? Read more
I ordered two double quarter pounders plain. That's not what I got. One was plain, the other wasn't. Brought it back up to the... counter. Instead of making it right quickly, I stood there for 15 min waiting. When I asked what the status was, the employeesaid I had an attitude. I don't know what say I been 49 states few times m I st of the time I fee I am in different country where people don't speak... English or don't want to learn English or speak English, terrible Terrible service, after traveling to 2 planes layover forhours then getting to the hotel, slept few hours, I decided I will eat Breakfast at this McDonald's. But after 15 mins of mytime and being hungry, Nothing ,they don't know what to do ,terrible Terrible Terrible service, I suggest people needs moretraining and good customer service scales,so finally I did not get my Breakfast. Not very clean place. I was curious if is McDonald's in USA better than in Europe, and it's a myth. It's worse. Or this one is.... Around 16hour was meal quickly prepared, but not good. Nuggets like plastic gummies, double cheeseburger small and againplastic-like. Bad. Read more
I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and a side of Large Fries. Surprisingly, everything was made fresh. Unfortunately when I... asked the cashier for two honey mustard she gave me one and said I would have to pay about a dollar for the second. I declinedbecause who wouldn't need two sauces for a large fry with a burger at that? I could have understood if that was the rule if Iasked for 4+. Now that's just excessive. Also, not the best at cleanliness and was told to migrate my seating in the middle atmy meal because the section I was in was closed. Note: there was no sign of such. Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't acharge on extra sauce (one per item rule), I was not told to move in the midst of my meal, and if they would better theircleaning. Read more
Went at 11:20pm & had to 15 min wait for to order and after order it took another 15 minutes.. looks like some worker didn?t... want to be there or don?t want to work hard. Slowest service. it wasn?t even busy as other McDonald. 1 gave 3 star because Ladywas friendly at the register. Read more
Pricey I know McDonald's is not healthy but when I go to place like this I want to have a great cheat meal, this was a bad... one. I took the chicken nuggets+ fish Cinnamon cookie + apple pie. For 30$ Not worth it. Waste of money & taste Read more
