The food here is decent for McDonald's during the daytime but night time is always a wash. There's also almost no security... presence so you always have hobos by the drive though begging for money or waving their arms around because they are under theinfluence of something more that bud. Staff are always friendly, there's always new faces. Likely high turn around. But neverhad a bad service experience. The area just sucks. Sometimes your fries are like warm late a night. This place is sketchy, beware of your surroundings. Food is decent and service alright, but the dining area was not a good... experience at all. Located conveniently around the corner from the Strat, this was an easy stop on the way to the conventioncenter. Tables were in need of a wipe down and some floor cleaning was due, but worst of all was a homeless guy that just satthere watching us. From the moment we walked in he was fixated on us, and management did nothing. My son was eating his bigbreakfast along with a blueberry muffin and the guy got up and started pacing around us. My son and wife felt uncomfortable andintimidated by this weirdo (Sat 10/5 around 10am) so we finished up and left. As we left he followed after us screamingobscenities and vulgar words to us, we didn't know what to expect. One minute he looked like a cracked out vegetable, nextminute chasing us out yelling. Management needs to be aware of this, not good for business or the McDonalds name. Read more
Hands down the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. My expectations are never high to begin with but McDonald's is... usually consistent. Not this one. Order was wrong and the food was terrible. Too many things to list. Read more
Easily the worst meal of my life. I remember when McD served burgers ? in this joint they offered none; only corn syrup laced... food-like substances that tasted like? corn syrup. The service sucked too. Never again. Read more
Placed order on kiosk to eat in and grabbed a number. Was Called to pick up my order it was placed in a bag. I asked for a tray... and received a dirty tray with no liner. Opened the bag noticed fries were old and cold. Opened my Big Mac and the meat lookedlike it had been sitting till it got dried out. Asked for fresh received fries that looked like if they had dipped them in theoil just yo reheat them. The fries were oily and over salted. "Fresh Fries" this McDonald's could use a surprise visit fromCorporate or Food Safety /Health Department. While at the restaurant on 9/10 at 11:25am you can hear one of the managers who wasblack saying don't make me waste food and calling her employees at the grill "Estupida" you can hear the Spanish speakingemployees asking what she wanted. Absolutely unprofessional and besides disrespectful no employee should be treated like thisway. Read more
3 out of 5 stars. Didn't really experience any customer service, as we used the computers to place our orders & we're just... handed our food & drinks. The store inside was pretty clean, counters weren't sticky and tables seemed like they were recentlywiped down. However, the exterior was a different story. The lot was littered with trash, as if no employees ever pick it up andpeople don't use the trash can. There were also 2 people sleeping in the lot - one specifically seemed to be trying to hide inthe bushes. I'm not from the area, but to me it didn't seem very safe. I would not visit there again, at least not after dark;maybe during the day. Read more
While on the strip, some times it is just good to grab some McDonald's food. I saw the Paradise franchise store while visiting... the Strat hotel. I was attracted by its retro looking exterior. It made me curious about the restaurant's history. The outdoorold school clock just invited me inside. Too bad it wasn't functional. Inside the restaurant it is worn and I wouldn't recommendwalking into the restaurant at night as some of their customers looked like they have suffered hard times. That said, the food Ihad was up to the franchise standard in taste and quality. If you like my reviews, videos or photos I would appreciate it ifyou would just take the time to hit the like button.
