This for much one of the worst McDonald's we've even been at, service is not for customers at all. Starting by the manager, ????... ? they don't care on people and they're rude. Chandelier fresh flowers on the table. Clean. Ritzy. It's the most fancy fast food joint I have ever been in.
UPDATE: they turned off self serve drink and it has cleaned up the clientele and the business here. Much better this time... around. Glad they did something proactive. Upgrading from 2 to 4 stars. Basically a homeless shelter pretending to be aMcDonalds. The staff are doing their best, god bless them. The owner needs to get security or police to clean up the place. Menukiosk ordering takes 3x as long as it should. For a location on Las Vegas Blvd, it should be better. Read more
Very nice interior at this location on the strip. However most of their kiosks to place your orders were not working. Longer... wait time for food. A little chaotic. The food was good. Read more
They have very good options for veg and nonveg burgers. It's a kind of good open space between the tables. So quite a good place... for kids. Good parking space available Read more
I would not go back during night time. The night manager was being rude to us. 1) they lost our order. 2) also her name is dawn.... 3) yelled at my grandma for ?yelling? while she?s trying her best to speak English, since she only speaks Spanish. 4) anemployee took out receipt and threw it away so they didn?t follow it we had to protest for our food till he got our food. 5)trying to send us away with an incomplete order. 6) trying to give us already made/paid drinks from other people. 7) beingextremely rude! 8) completely tried to ignore us. It's been a lonnnng time since I made a trip to the golden arches. I had a quarter pounder. I recall them being a lot bigger... than the sorry excuse for a burger I received. More like an eighth pounder. At least the fries were fine and the kiosk orderingprocess was quick and painless. Read more
Definitely does not look like a regular McDonald's. Very high ceiling. seems to be newly renovated. Lots of varied styles of... seating available. I Just got a drink here and did not eat so cannot comment on the food quality here. Read more
