What happened to Ronald Mc Donald? Young and Old individuals know food at McDonald's. Their menu slightly changes but the Items... on the menu are getting smaller and the prices are increasing. I went to McDonalds after 3AM ordered from their limited menu, and when I got home my grandson told me his food was cold. I live... less than 4min away. I called their store and somebody answered the phone and didn't say anything. I called again somebodypicked up the phone again and hung up. When I ordered my food I had to wait for the food. The guy pretended that he was cookingthe food, or they would have handed it too me immediately. The hamburgers are cold, the french fries are cold. So he gave metrash, and I didn't get a receipt. They broke a $100 bill at that time to prove I was there, plus they have cameras. I amasking for a refund since they played games with the phone. I won't ever go back there again. This location has very rude staff and every time I place a order here something is missing. This morning at 10:22 I was waiting... for someone to take my order in the drive through no one answered to take my order for a while then an off duty employee askedif someone has taken my order I said no then she goes and tells the person whos job it is too take orders to take mine. Whenthat person was taking my order he was being was being very rude. I was very nice and was patient I just won?t be coming to thislocation anymore. Read more
I'm sorry but McDonald's has gone way downhill. If they would spend a little bit more time training their employees I would... change the way I change they don't say please they don't say thank you some of them don't talk at all. They don't know how tomake a burger anymore I'm very disappointed with my local McDonald's. But on the bright side their mango slush is excellent. Read more

This McDonald's is a 24 hour store, and the staff has the Driver Thru blocked off. Unacceptable!!! The employees should be... terminated immediately. I am calling for the Graveyardv Staff to be terminated. There is absolutely no reason for the store tobe closed. Read more
