The staff is stupid, so they don't understand the order and just try to move on. I ordered iced coffee online, but they gave me... hot guffies. I feel bad because I'm told to just drink iced coffee because I ordered it. The management is the one who is stupidand doesn't understand the spell. Service mind is also the worst. Read more
Ordered a Double cheeseburger and got a bag of a double cheeseburger that was ice cold. Also no napkin offered I had to ask for... it. What?s going on you pay three something for a burger that?s not even cooked to a eatable temperature. Read more

Honestly one of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Dirty (trash on the floor, etc), the service was horrible. Let me start... by saying that I found a pair of airpods by the credit card pad which I ask the cashier girl to please call the manager for me,she did and I told the manager that I had found them and I was giving them to her if the rightful owner comes back looking forthem and immediately the cashier said it was hers. She took her phone out which my husband and I noticed it wasn't an Iphone andthe manager just handed it to her. No questions asked, if it was really her it wouldn't be on the other side of the counter bythe credit card pad. It was very dishonest and shameful of the cashier to do that. Definitely the employees that work there needto be trained starting with the manager. Read more

I placed an online order when I pulled up and was asked if I was using the mobile app I responded saying yes. I then told her I... have the code and she went on to give me attitude saying thats impossible and I told her Im looking at it on the app. So iproceeded to the window to where she went on with attitude and I tried showing her the code on my phone and she said she didntcare. I told her I wanted someone Else to place my order because she has attitude. She went on to tell the rest of the employeesto ignore me at the window. Here I am 20 minutes later still waiting because this lady refused to simply help me withoutattitude. Its very unprofessional how she handled it all. I am ready to pay. She refused to give me her name so all k can say isshe was wearing yellow shirt. Hair was braided. And working the drive thru counter. She really should not come to work if shesgoing to speak to people the way she does from the beginning. Read more
The food is good. But the service s bad. We order happy meal nuggets with fries and apple but they only give us fries and my... kids are crying.. thats a drivethru. I cant turn around because im far away from the location. Read more
