Unfortunately the kiosk machine doesn't take cash, even though it says cash. The cash register is closed. Mykie is Awesome and... had to get my change at the register since the manager is enforcing, Customers need to use the kiosk machine. Me personally,I've tried using my rewards for my free items at the kiosk machine and it normally doesn't work. Also this store doesn't offerSenior discount on their coffee. Whoever this manager is needs to be more Customer Friendly or maybe new management needs toreplace the one that fails the customers. Read more
This place is typically okay in the morning and evening, however this place specifically has removed the customer drink... self-serve, which makes getting refills difficult. At night, however, this place is bad. They tend to do 1 car at a time, wherethey don't take the next order until they finish the first. Typically have spent 25-45 minutes in drive-thru waiting at night. Read more
There was a time when McDonald's card what other people thought but it doesn't appear to be that way any longer. I waited in the... line for almost a hour and when ii asked why so long I was told they only hire 2 people to work nights. I won't be going after10pm anymore. Read more
Used the drive thru at about 10:30 pm on a Wednesday. There was 5 cars in front of me and I only got 1 20 piece nuggets for... someone else. It literally took almost a half hour to get them!!! Totally ridiculous and you know you are trapped in that lineand can't get out!!! Never ever again!! Read more
Using a kiosk to order, the outcome should be without flaw. Little things like the wrong salsa and fruit should not happen. It's... right on the receipt. Otherwise, the food was good. This location has a lot of homeless trying to bother customers and theemployees trying to shoe them away. Read more
Got to the mic to order in the drive through, was asked to hold on a sec, waited a good 15min with a line of cars building up... behind us, finally got to order, ordered breakfast sandwiches off of the 2 for 4 menu plus an iced tea and a sprite. Get to thewindow to pay they gave us the wrong receipt. Got to the second window to get our food. The window employees only handed us halfof our order thinking the other half behind belonged to the vehicle behind us. Had to wait a little longer to finally get all ofour food once the person who originally took our order fixed the problem acknowledging what we ordered and paid for. I usually don't leave negative reviews. But I've been disappointed several times here. Customer service is ZERO. It's like they... all have been trained for that. The workers are mean and disrespectful. They never have any type of shakes, the machine isalways down. They always forget something on your order. Sunday for example, there was a girl that was literally swiping my feetand my kids', the table was durty, I had to ask for a wipe or some to clean it. What made me write this BAD review was whathappened tonight. I was trying to get a drink because it's so hot. So I tried to open both doors, they were closed. I startedwaving and knocking, two ladies looked a me then walked away without saying anything . I thought maybe because it's late. I wentto the drive thru trying to make my order, I said "Hello, hello" nobody answered. Do I stepped on the side so the car behind mecan order. As soon as she said hi, a lady replied. My dad went to get food through the drive-thru but was completely ignored once the employee heard his Spanish accent. They... continued to say "I don't speak Spanish" as he tried to order.
