Filthy, not stocked restrooms, tables inside are usually dirty and not well maintained. Besides that some staff are very... friendly and helpful, the food is up to McDonald's standards. It's called "Fast food" for a reason. Read more
The reason I return to this McDonald's time and again is simply, they are busy and they keep up. So far in 14 months of ordering... here, No Mistakes. The food tastes like McDonalds because they have got it down. Keep up the good work you all. Read more
I don't eat McDonald's, I dont think anybody should . So since I was there with a friend I got a Carmel cold coffee . It wasn't... very sweet either . The customer service was great . So I give it a 4 rating . Read more
Just drove through. They handled my order efficiently and kindly. My niece was disappointed that the kids area was closed and... the guy taking my order didn?t ask if I wanted any sauce with the nuggets, actually entered NO SAUCE (on receipt). the service was great but when we got food we paid then she told us to go to the next window leaving the driver thru & everybody... behind us was getting their food besides us, we also had a 3 month old in the car & when my aunt walked out the car to get thefood we finally got our food. this also happened a few years ago when me and my other aunt went here we ordered & got our foodbut it wasn't what we ordered so we had to go back. another incident that happened when my cousin went w/ her dad & they gaveher something different she ordered but my other cousin got the wrong order Read more
Why charge them for cookies if you didn't have any ready? SMH. I then notice they have 3.5 stars. That explains it. They served... me old hard cookies then they just started making new ones from scratch and they served it to me without the crispness. Totallybland and not finished and then they thought that serving 2 extra cookies would make up for their dumb service. Next time, whydon't you just say, "we don't have any freshly baked cookies, and that it would take whatever amount of time for it to be fullyready?" That's why you're rated 3.5 stars. And the hot caramel macchiato socks. Don't order this. The fries were excellent, andthe cookies tasted good but still, not fully done. 3 stars from me too. Read more
So I went in yesterday, ordered just a big Mac. as I'm walking out the door an employee follows to bring a dudes food to his... car. I hear him say "it's for sure a quarter pounder and fries right this time?" And the girl says "I think" and goes backinside. I get to the bus stop, reach for my big Mac, and find a quarter pounder with fries. Sorry dude you had already drivenoff before I noticed :/ Read more
