Everyone needs to get the app. Make sure you do the stuff they say to do and you?ll get all these points. We had the app for... about3 months and already had 4900 points. She got a large frappe. It's McDonald's- you either like it or not. My last visit to McDonalds was before church for two Caramel Frappuccinos the wait... was super long (about ten to fifteen minutes) because the restaurant is extremely under staffed & I ended up being late forchurch. Meh. Read more
I'm not rating this place on the quality of their food. I only went because my child gets it as part of a birthday ritual. I... was expecting to have to order from a robot, but I was surprised that there wasn't even a kiosk in the place. On top of thateveryone working there was pleasant and professional. There is a shortage of employees but they were handling things well. There was a homeless person that was annoying customers and... going around to each one asking for money vs food. A man gave her $2 & she still kept asking for her free soda & water; she gotupset at us when we told to let us eat in peace. She kept badgering the employees & had the nerve to ask why she had to leave.The food was good; table wasn?t cleaned; and employee couldn?t bring food out even though it was offered on the app & chosen.Except for the vagrant, everything was okay here. Typical McDonalds with your favorite items. We came here for breakfast and I guess our clerk was new because she couldn?t answer... basic questions on upgrading your coffee or any other beverage. When asked she said she didn?t think so, until we saw the billand where charged an additional $.55 cents for the medium coffee. Overall we enjoyed our meal and time . Read more
I did a mobile order, picked it up in the drive thru. The girl try?s to hand me a large box of food. I ordered 1 meal. I said... that?s not mine. She scrambled to find my food. I leave the drive thru. I take a drink of my coke. It taste old, flat anddisgusting. I go back around to the drive thru and let them know. They say yeah our coke is down/out. If they would?ve told methe first time, I just would?ve got something else, but I had to waste my time and go back around. Communication is key and alittle goes a long way. However, if everyone?s aware that your coke isn?t working, why are you still dispensing it? So I wait inline again because the lobby is closed. Get my drink and come home my foods and incorrect.
