McDonald?s is what it?s always been known for a quick, fast, friendly and most of all a decent menu. However todays visit (of... many previous visits) was very disappointing. My experience today was one of the worst I?ve encountered. I was ordering for 3children 1 teenager and 3 adults. The order was pancake and sausage platter, 2 happy meals, 2 McChicken sandwich, 1 qtr pounderw/cheese and 10pc (buy one get one for a $1 deal) and 1 Big Mac meal. The cashier was having a hard time understanding my orderand I had to repeat several times which I didn?t mind but the exchange was causing our line to grow. When I finally finishedordering $45 later I waited 20 minutes. When I received the order half the items I ordered was missing. This required another 10minutes of explaining and clearing up where the breakdown happened. Long story short it?s a McDonald?s I?ll end up going backbut this location needs some serious training. We had to ask for our drinks because they forgot to give them at the window. Had to go inside to get the McFlurry they forgot to... give us. Got home to find out that the happy meal cheeseburger had nothing on it (no cheese, totally dry), no sauce for thechicken nuggets either (we even asked at the window). Middle of the day 4pm, fries are cold and soggy , Double cheeseburger tastes like it was made hours ago and ordered the large... fries and this is what I got ( see picture ) if I wanted a small fries I would have ordered a small, the nuggets were the onlydecent thing in the whole meal even still was kinda cold. Great food Friendly staff Overall the rating should be lower. But I?m not very picky. I did a mobile order and arrived at 5. I... sat for about 20 minutes until I seen someone walk out with a bag labeled for my spot but they passed me so I was confused. Theindividual asked what my order was and I waited another 5/10 minutes and stated to get annoyed so I called their pickup numberand they apologized for the wait and offered some fries. The offer was appreciated but the wait was far past acceptable. Theycontinued to apologize but overall I was let down. I?m sure I?ll visit again I?m not super picky and I get things happen. Justbe cautious and don?t be afraid to call in after 5/10 minutes. My patients are better then most but that?s not an excuse forpoor service.
