The food itself tasted alright (it's mcdonalds so) but made both of us really ill after. We ate totally different foods... (cheeseburger and chicken) so I'm not sure what horrible conditions they are working in back there ???? Worst service as well.So rude and unapproachable. WiFi wasn't working and we needed it for transport as vacationers. They also let you order/pay foritems that aren't available...? Annoying. I'd suggest you stay well away and your stomach will thank you for it. Read more
The entire time I was there an employee (Manager maybe? I don't know.) was screaming at the employees to hurry up, "The lobby is... full!", "Where are those orders!", " Faster faster come on!". Absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable treatment of employees.Also, prices have been raised again and they got my order wrong, probably because they are being screamed at. Read more
I was here for a late dinner rush. Despite having an overwhelming amount of orders the employees worked so hard and did their... best. Although most orders took a long time, they were working their butts off. I could taste the blood, sweat, and tears thatwent into making my double cheeseburger (metaphorically of course). Had to order at kiosk. Took receipt and table number and sat down. Waited for about 10 minutes and had heard nothing or no one... came over with our order. Walked up to the counter and ask about our order it was in a bag on the counter. The excuse was "Sorry we don't have any trays. Not only did I have to do their job of ringing up the order I had to go get it. We did not evenhear them call our number out when they put it on the counter. Won't be back here again. As always something wasn't working... Couldn't get a frappe or a smoothie. The lady taking orders was polite (which is why there... were 2 stars) but the two ladies at the pick up window were very unfriendly. They didn't say hello when handing out the ordersor smile. They were too busy having a conversation amongst each other. Sad part is they were wearing the management shirts... Read more
Unusually superior tasting Big Macs at this location. You think all McDonald's are the same, they're not, this one has never... told me their shake machine is broken and the hamburger buns are fresh and aren't as hard as hockey pucks like other locations. Read more
The manager that was running the pass this afternoon was absolutely a joy to watch and I wish I had gotten her name so I could... give her a shout out but she was so calm in the face of a late lunchtime chaos, truly impressive. Trash. Messed up my order (11/30/22) and gave me a quarter pounder with cheese when I had ordered a double. Called and spoke... with someone at the store. Told me that they would put my name down in the office for a replacement, as I was already long gone.Came at the same time a few days (12/5/22) later to be denied because I couldn?t remember the managers name. Told them the exacttime and day and asked them to check with who was working at that time, only to be met with doubt in the validity of my request.The manager demanded the old food even tho I was told to ?enjoy a replacement on us? if I had known replacement couldn?t beclaimed later I would of drove back and got the food to at least feed my dog, rather than to been swindled out of my money.
