I didn't actually buy anything after using the restroom. I was afraid the food would match the environment. It was pretty dirty.... The employees were kind enough to to give me the rr code, but the whole place was in need of deep cleaning. I've never seen aMcDonalds in such bad shape. However, having never been there before, I now think it's probably more of a drive thru location. Read more
Do NOT Come Too This McDonald's Location At ALL! The Morning Shifts Are Terrible At Their Job I Ordered 2 Different Mcgriddle... Sandwiches And They Were Cold! The place was kind of dark, didn't she inside. Did not look welcoming. There was absolutely no one dining inside except me.... There was a homeless man stretched out right by or right near the doorway. I guess most of the traffic there was through thedrive through Read more
Ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Husband had Quarter w/ cheese and fries. The nuggets were completely hard and dried out and... fries were not hot or even warm. The burger was cold for some reason. Completely disappointed. Read more
In classic style, when you go to McDonald?s you get extreme consistency. This McDonald?s is no different than just about any... others you go to anywhere. It?s fairly clean and not a lot of people inside. There?s an outdoor play area with netting to keepthe birds and bugs out. The staff was very friendly and quick with her actions to get my order to me. The food tasted just fineand I have no complaints. You can?t go wrong with a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle? ???? I complained about this McDonald's breakfast once before and here I am AGAIN! This time is THE LAST TIME for me at this... location. I ordered via the app and was very disappointed at what I received. I ordered 2 apple pies but they only had 1. Ispecifically stated at the drive-thru order station that I wanted FRESH, HOT apple pies, and the girl told me they were made toorder but they only had 1. Ok, so she asked me if I still wanted the 1 pie and/or get a different one. I stated I'll just takethe 1 apple pie. After driving away and getting far from their location, I started eating the apple pie but bit into an OLD,HARD, and VERY CHEWY apple pie. See pics. This thing is so hard I can throw it and actually break a window...it's that hard.This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and a real health hazard. This McDonald's should get a whole new morning staff and/or bettermanagement!! Not only that, was STILL CHARGED for 2 apple pies when I only rec'd one!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I'm afraid to touch thesausage biscuit I got. Lastly, the medium carmel frappé I ordered had huge chunks of ice in it and very little carmel.Needless to say, I WILL NOT RETURN to this McDonald's location. The morning staff gives poor service, they don't care abouttheir customers, they over charge, you don't get what you pay for, and they're just very unpleasant and unprofessional. Today, November 30, around 5 in the afternoon, I bought a milkshake at this McDonald's location (Drive Thru) and the milkshake... tasted damaged and expired. I returned to the store to return it and the person who served me, apparently the manager, wasunkind, with an attitude of doubt, I never heard a sorry, what a pity, she changed my milkshake for a frappé and he gave it tome in a bad way, with an unhelpful attitude. I had to go back to the store, waste time, all their fault, not mine, and this ishow they respond? Thank God that so far my son does not show symptoms of poisoning because he managed to drink a little. Pleasepay more attention to the quality of the products you sell and give better service.
