Went in this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich with hashbrown. While waiting in line the cashier at the register was... telling another patron nobody showed up to work the previous day. I didn't think much of it, and waited for my food, while about6 other patrons were waiting for basically coffee. My food came rather fast considering, but once I later opened my bag Irealized why. The hashbrown was like a brick and was obviously not freshly made anytime in the last hour. It was inedible andtook the force of both my hands to even break. The breakfast sandwich was barely warm with unmelted cheese, and I was scared toeat it. This shouldn't even be given to homeless people, and I'm not joking. I spent over $10 for disgusting food. I would makesure to look at the food prior to leaving the establishment. Read more

Being harsh with my rating, but after 24hrs travelling this was the closest place for a 'quick' meal after arriving late at... night. Half the machines to order weren't working. Only seemed to be 3 people working - so it took about 20 minutes to get thefood. And when I did finally get it (with the crowd of people waiting), they still managed to mess up the order. Read more
I had the most delightful experience with the cashier at this McDonald's at 4:00 a.m. . We will we first drive, we were told... that we can only pay with cash and we cannot use the McDonald's app because the systems were down. The cashier took our order byhand with a calculator and a blank piece of paper. It was a life of experience because she remembered all the prices of what weordered by heart and charged us accordingly and correction. We had to wait a few minutes for the food but it was worth it. Theonly thing that I was disappointed about was not getting a Sundae at 4:00 a.m. If the restaurant is open for 24 hours, allitems on the menu should be available 24 hours. Read more
Very rude staff! 2:00am sunday I Ordered at the kiosk and one of the item were a pretzel Mcflurrie. Mind you it did not say out... of stock. We went up when they yelled the order realized we didn't get it so my husband went up to ask for it. Three different employees asked do we want a refund or something else we said refund. The night manager women Theresa yells from the back wedon't do refunds very disrespectfully wouldn't even come out, thank you to the employee who gave me her name. What do you meanI paid for something I didn't receive so we got security but they couldn't do nothing for us. I went in, used the app ahead of time, my order took longer to mess up then it did to order. Then after I finally got my food,... got back to work and then sat down to eat, I got a horrible surprise of a bite out of my chicken sandwich. I was on my lunchbreak when all this took place and will NEVER eat at this McDonald's AGAIN. Read more
If you can be patient, like alot of people I've seen here can't, these employees are some of the nicest, friendliest people I've... ever seen for a McDonald's, especially Maria. Most people can't, and that's the problem. Patience is a virtue most people don'tpossess. Read more
