It took quite a while to get your food, they need to streamline all out faster
Definitely not returning and definitely pressing this issue. On top of me finding a bug in my drink, the experience when trying... to return it was horrible. I ordered an ice coffee, and FOUND A BUG IN IT. I came back and asked if I could get a refund, butthey insisted on replacing the drink I said it's fine, a refund works. So the worker called the supervisor, and let me tell youThe FLOOR SUPERVISOR NICOLE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. Just her attitude from the jump. I asked if she couldthrow away the drink for me, "No, I can't! The trash is right there." Not only that but she didn't apologize for the experience,didn't ask if she could make it better, did absolutely nothing. Never coming back here again. You can try to order things 24 hours, but that would require them not to have some bs reason to close down while still getting... paid as if they were open. Great business model guys, 0 accountability ?????? Read more
Customer service is completely absent. Kiosk was slow and malfunctioning. Staff said I HAD to order the deal from the kiosk, so... I ended up with paying double. Worst McDonalds in Las Vegas. Read more

This location is not 24 hours, I don't know why they are pressed to maintain this idea that they are open 24 hours. If you want... late night mcds, you have to go up Fremont to the D. Service is as expected during their open hours. I submitted an updatedto Google to correct the hours open info on their search, but please do not expect to be served here between midnight-6am.
