this place should not even bother being open.... homeless people that wont shut up so you can order right next to the drive thru... speaker, if they do have food, line does not move, and just a while ago, they tell me on break for 10 minutes! no food AGAIN....what is the point? i can NEVER get food at this location anymore... ALWAYS something... system down, on break, homeless personthat wont shut up long enough for me to order my food, 30 minute line... ALWAYS something. i will sooner eat dog food than EVERtry at this location again, total waste of time. it is not fast food, it is slow food IF you can get food, otherwise it is NOfood... just demolish the place and put something else there. We ordered from the app. Arrived at the restaurant and waited almost 20 minutes. Inside, there were 8-10 people waiting, most of... them complaining about the wait; some had only ordered coffee. No one at front counter. Since it next to impossible to get arefund processed through the app, we waited. Food was fresh and hot when it finally arrived, but if I wanted to wait that longwould not go to a "fast" food establishment. Read more
Are you a morning person? This is not your spot. 3 days in the last month arrival at 5:10-5:25AM yielded no answer at the... ordering intercom and no one inside when I pulled to window. Need consistency. Update: 9/26/22 arrived at 5:10AM, kitchenwasn't open, no food cooking. Hash browns and drinks only. Was told the cook had just arrived. We attempted to go through drive thru and were told by employees they were taking a break sorry they couldn't help us. FIVE... vehicles backed out of that drive thru. The couple out front said they have been waiting over an hour for door dash. What kindof McDonalds is this. It was nearly midnight too not lunch daytime...if they can't handle a few midnight snackers I can'timagine breakfast or lunch. Never go here. Read more

Even though this is a 24 hours store the system is always down after midnight. Perhaps the owner of this particular McDonald's... would be interested in the fact that your night crew just tells everybody that the system is down and they cannot order food sothat they don't have to do the job they were hired for. They're fast, got my food right away and it has the best deals, BUT of course if it's too good to be true, there's a reason for... that. This was the first cold Quarter Pounder, Fries, and Mc Double I've had in 22 years of coming to McDonald's. The nuggetswere soggy and warm. I'm lead to believe they were trying so hard to keep up they had an abundance of food just sittingout. I'm sure to have a restroom run after eating all this like warm to cold food in one sitting. I'm not usually one tocomplain so sadly I just force fed myself because I was REALLY hungry and I also didn't want to go back n forth asking forcooked food. Read more
