The food I paid for was not what I received. They gave me something I didn?t order and of a much lesser value. I tried calling... back to let them know and it took over 4 hours before they answered the phone. They need people working the drive-through thatcan speak and understand English. Very bad service!! They need to train there workers how to make a chocolate shake. I order chocolate not vanilla. 601 mlk... a fab of chocolate... isn?t going to cut it. Ridiculous and there fries need salt. Who?s in charge for being next to corporate office they sure areignorant about there quality of what there passing through. Went in. Store April 6. Wet floor sign by door outside covered spilled milk shake. Ate my meal and spent 30 mins and... employees never cleaned up. Not busy. Plenty of staff . unsafe and unhealthy. Too bad kiosks and high profits and still adirty dining episode. Read more
When I was a child they opened up in McDonald's right across from the Boulevard Mall, a 25 cent hamburger and a 39 cent... cheeseburger. and not to mention how great their french fries used to be I repeat used to be. folks next time you go toMcDonald's just check out the size of your burgers or your fish fillet, and try to remember when you were a kid they were 1/3bigger back then then they are now. and there 10 times higher now. and back to the french fries the last two times I went therethey must not have changed the oil for the fries in 2 weeks it was so stale. believe it or not I grew up with McDonald's butthis was the last straw. I'm getting tired of being served substandard food, that is outrageously priced. for what a family offour pays at McDonald's they could have gone to a hotel buffet got high quality food at almost half the price. So it?s an average McDonald?s just like anything with her McDonald?s. I would just say to switch the employees and to also clean... up the place a little bit more. I passed by with my friend RCN we were all laughing and having a good time listening to someLecrae in music in the car. By the way shut out to the guy he?s really really good so you guys met if you guys like rap orsomething just listen to him. But other than that we?re just getting some coffee as he?s kind of addicted to coffee and he kepton drinking even more and more and more coffee from McDonald?s but when we stop through this spot it was kind of different. Sothat?s why I put this three stars is just because even though it?s good food and all the stuff in the coffee is still the samelike at the same time I would switch the employees and clean up the place a little bit more. If you?re definitely wanting just aquick thing in passing through the drive-through and just eating something good, I really suggest you stop by this place and doit quickly. Today I was absolutely embarrassed. My family and I attempted to order our usual breakfast a little later than normal from our... local McDonalds. I pulled up to the drive thru window and order 10 sausage egg Mcmuffins and 5 cups of water. The lady taking myorder then told me I could only have 1 water per person. I then told her okay there?s five of us, my wife, myself my 2 daughtersand my son. She seemed to be very confused about the water or what she just told me. I backed out of the drive thru and wentinside with my family so the staff could see that it was indeed five people. Thinking I could place my order and finally be onmy way. To my amazement when inside the problem only seemed to escalate. I explained to the young lady my order was for 5 people2 sandwiches per person and 1 water per person with my entire family standing beside me. I then asked for a Manager and theyoung lady says to her coworker all these people do is complain. I had never complained before because I had never had a problembefore. When the Manager came I explained to her that this has been my order at this same McDonalds for the last 6 monthswithout any problems to my amazement she said we could only have 2 waters for 5 people. I have never been so embarrassed andhumiliated in all my life. I had been placing the same order at the same McDonalds location and never had a problem. I felt liketoday I was discriminated against because of the color of my family especially with the comment by the employee who said allthese people do is complain. Yesterday I went to McDonald's ordered 2 fish filets a quarter pounder and medium fries. The fish was not cooked the way I... ordered it. It not well done cooked enough to hope I wouldn't get sick undercooked and cold. The quarter pounder was so old thecheese was hard and hanging over the edges old and hard. The service was bad. I used to like McDonald's now its not worthgetting on mlk to eat there the food does not even qualify to say it sucks its horrible. Read more
