Ordered ice coffee with extra caramel drizzle and extra syrup but got a ice milk drink with no flavor, had no coffe in it. I... asked the older African American lady in the drive tru if they actually put in anything in she said she?ll give me spoon?.Didn?t remake it. The workers have a line piled up and just stand there doing nothing, don?t talk through the speaker or open the window when you... drive up. I would?ve left sooner if I wasn?t stuck between 2 vehicles instead of waiting 20 minutes to not even get food. Read more
Every time I come to this location I regret it! Moslty due to lack of customer service and friendlies of staff! They are very... rude! I bought 5 large cups of coffee & they gave me 5 sugar packets. When I asked for more she seemed aggravated, gave me 3more packets and slammed the window in my face. I will never go to this location again Read more
It?s a McDonald?s, if you like McDonald?s, you should go here. There was one rude person, I thought female, but who knows, she... didn?t adhere to standard ?every other car? merging from the double drive thru. How rude! we called to ask if the lobby was open and they said yes, we ordered food for pickup. we show up and it?s under construction.... Walked in with wife & grandkids. Restroom was locked, so I thought it would be cleaned. After asking for the key to enter... restroom, the Counter person buzzed me in. Bathroom was disgusting! The one urinal was out of service and the one stall wasGross AF, after having to deal with that restroom, The Young male at the counter was completely rude to my wife! Ordered 3 happy meals with extra fries they forget to give the extra fries. We left I immediately returned to the McDonalds to... fix the order. They acted like I was lying about 3 happy meal fries. Really!! Finally gave me a small fry and attitude. Idk whyI go to that McDonalds anyway its always messing orders up and acting ghetto. Terrible service Read more
