Food came out pretty quick. But was not right and the rudeness and snappiness of the ladies taking orders on both machines was... unacceptable. Lady shoves my food out the window and says here. Not very friendly people working at this location and main galbeing rude up at the front taking orders and handing out the food happens to be the supervisor. Why is this location even open?! Literally by far the worst location in mcdonalds history. That little punk that works the drive... through Thursday mornings needs to get moved to another position. Or better yet fired. You don't tell someone that's beenwaiting in line several minutes, HOLD ON while they continue to help the other lane that had people just getting there to order.Hire people that actually want to work. Cause you know dang well that there's no one at this location wanting to be there. Dobetter or better yet just freaking close. You all have the worst reviews on yelp. 1 star our of 80 plus reviews!?! I usually stop by mornings and grab an iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle or syrup & the coffees come out pretty well,... however I?ve noticed after several afternoon visits these past few weeks? the iced coffees are complete opposite of what I orderin the morning. It?s like they put up a new menu & recipes after 2pm. Today I decided to order vanilla (since the lastafternoon visit I ordered a caramel & it was a complete failure) the iced vanilla came out looking like a mocha iced coffee & Iwould tell you what it tastes like, but by the look of my photos, I?m too scared to even drink it. With the amount of $ I?vewasted these past few days (& time sitting in drive-thru), I could have just saved that & went to Starbucks down the street.:( Tip: Avoid iced coffees after 2p! Read more
We ordered 1 classic big Mac Pack with fries and cocacola and 2 Hot and Spicy chicken, I went home and I figured out that there... is no spicy chicken in the bag and when we came back the girl working there was playing with a dog and touching it then she giveus the chicken without even washing her hands, I went home again to find out that is chicken full of pork and I dont eat pork asa muslim and that was so sad . 1 star for kiosk, fast and easy. 1 star for the person who brought us our food. Great customer service. Lobby wasn?t busy or... packed but service was slow and our order was wrong. I mentioned what we were missing and 10 minutes later nothing. No napkinsin bag, no bbq sauce that was ordered with. To top it off, fries were cold are over cooked .. lame. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's EVER!!! They are sooooo slow always. Good luck getting your order correctly, hell good luck even... getting a patty on your burger(yes this happened to me here). The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because most of the timethe staff is nice but damn they have a hard time keeping sweet and unsweetened tea straight. Read more
Ordered Big mac extra pickles. Was pulled to wait. Waited almost 5 minutes. Thought I would get fresh food. The fries were... barely warm and had a lot of soggy ones. No extra pickles on my Big mac and it was only warm. Very disappointed in the qualityof the food. Read more
This is the nastiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Dead roaches outside on sidewalk. Even the roaches are trying to escape. Menus... don't work. Floor is greasy. Just all around bad. Didn't eat due to the appearance. Probably a smart move. Read more
