Halloween night. We chose to go inside. Drivethru empty at the time. So we went in was not greeted. They would not take our... order. We had to place orders on kiosk. Then it took 17 mins for our dinner. Staff very rude and manager was unpleasant. Noapology for wait time Will not go into this place. Will stay in drivethru so we get the hot and fresh food. Some of the staff at this location have a blank expression and don?t bother to thank you for coming. Very lifeless... attitude. There?s only one reserved space for this location and some jerk started getting mad at me for taking ?his? spot, afterI was told to park there first to wait for my order. Maybe the staff should be more organized and not tell multiple people topark in the one reserved space they have because it caused road rage and this guy almost hit my car. Read more
My fiance being a former McDonalds employee had to school the cashier on how to register the placed order. So to prove it she... had to call the shift Manager, once the cashier was schooled for the second time he developed an attitude stating that he knewwhat the hell he was doing. This is the worst McDonalds in the Winchester area. English or Spanish they just don't get it. Thenthere's the homeless personnel at the drive thru always asking for hand out while you are trying to place an order. Or campedout close to the front door entry making seem as an entry fee before entering McDonalds. Then there's sleepers in the diningarea making your dining experience uncomfortable. Then what can you expect in a low budget area with a Methadone clinic in thesame square and a Plasma center across the street. Read more
They forget food, make you wait for what seems like hours on end. Today for example I stopped by after work for something to... snack on. Waited from 4:20 to 5:40 pm. Had to reorder the second order since the kiosk malfunctioned. Read more
Don?t bother filing complaints about this restaurant. I had an issue where I placed an order through the app for pickup in the... drive-thru, was parked, had the person who brought me the food read off the order, look in the bag, hand it to me and Ileft. When I got home I found items were missing from my order and I tried calling the restaurant (No answer) so I filed acomplaint through the app and got an email within 24 hours from McDonald?s corporate letting me know the franchise owner wouldget back to me. It?s a week later and I haven?t heard a reply from the franchise owner and, even with this review, I doubt I?llever hear from them. This restaurant is always busy, so who cares about a few upset customers when they?ll keep coming, which iswhy I urge anyone with an issue to not bother reaching out, as it?s been made clear to me no one there cares. This McDonald?s is super slow and has the man power to get more people on the register but either ignorant or just lazy to do it... so waited forever to get my meal. Also uneducated and didn?t know the menu or limited knowledge. Also, with the COVID masks it?ssuper hard to hear the employees speak and they don?t even speak much English and have such a thick accent that I had to likescream and tell the lady my order like 5 times.
