Went into the drive thru to get food and said my order they then repeat it back correctly but didn't ring up my order correctly... was missing so had to go thru again and order then the first time I went thru the man at the window said it was everything untilwe said we were missing a sandwich then he went to go get it so in the end we were sitting in the parking lot for 15 min waitingfor a single item Read more

Myself and another guest were trying to assist the team today in telling them how disgustingly dirty the drink station is kept. ... 100% a "Dirty Dining" experience. The drive thru is the focus, The managers can't run a set of tables and drink machines forold schools like me. I'm afraid to see the bathrooms, or the managers teeth. Every time we come to this location, it takes minimum 15 mins to get our preorder at curbside after trying to pick up at drive... thru. The staff always seems so inexperienced. The hospitality isn't quite there. Thankfully the food is always fresh. Read more

I ordered my food, used Apple Pay, the guy at the window asked if I wanted my receipt I said no . When I got to the pick up... window they asked what I ordered, everybody was speaking English, then maria started speaking Spanish to the cashier and finallymaria said if I?m using Apple Pay I need to go back through the line bc I didn?t pay. She said I didn?t pay, not the guy didn?tconnect the Apple Pay. I asked her is she could run it down to him and she said she didn?t have a minute to do that. NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD?S. I ordered through the mobile app, I ordered two drinks and french fries and a Mc flurry. Went to... the first window and they completed my order. When I arrived at the second window, they told me that their ice cream machineswere down starting at 10:30 PM. That they could give me a replacement anything other than ice cream. I informed them that I hadcome for the ice cream that I did not want a replacement. I only wanted a refund because I did not want anything else after yearlong. In the drive-through and the manager telling me to contest the charges with my credit card company I informed her that Ishouldn?t have to contest a charge because they are out of the item that I ordered, after the manager, giving me a hard time forsuch a long extended period of time she finally gave me the refund I had requested if she is out of an item, a refund should beautomatic or they should not process the charge at the first window. All of this could be solved with some customer service andproper management training. I should not be forced to take an item I don?t want because they are unable to provide me with whatI ordered.
