My order was COMPLETELY wrong and I was charged double. When I was ordering in the drive thru, the screen wasn?t updated with my... order and I was told to just pull forward. The guy runs my card, when I asked the total, he walked away for several minutes. Iwas running late due to the delay so I didn?t check the bag before I drove away. All of the sandwiches are wrong and one isactually missing. When I tried to call, I was put on hold for quite awhile and eventually just gave up. HORRIBLE SERVICE and Iguess I?m just out the money. I thought a regular hamburger would be cheap but I was wrong. The service was Spot on.. friendly and very nice. I went through... the Drive thur so there's not much to see. Read more

If I could give a zero I would. I went to this location twice in the couple of months ordered the same big breakfast with... hotcakes and the first time I didn't get my hotcakes and today I didn't get my hash rown. How difficult is it to include theitems that are part of the order? Will not return to this locatin. Read more

Worst McDonald?s I?ve been too. I ordered 4 20 piece nuggets. 3 McDoubles and a hot and spicy. Pulled up to the front to wait... for our order. The first time They brought us 20 nuggets 3 McDoubles and a hot and spicy. So we went in for the 60 chickennuggets. The manager was looking at the screen doing the math and screamed to me that she would bring the nuggets to the car.Another worker brought out the nuggets and he only brought out 40 nuggets. We went back in for the second time, and the managergot an attitude with us not underStanding why we were still missing chicken nuggets. Then we explained to her we got the 1st 20,then 40, so we?re missing 20. I understand we had a big order and we had no issue waiting. But there was no reason for themanager to get an attitude with us because she forgot how to do math and couldn?t get our order right. Read more

Missing part of our order.. waited forever for a new sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for a smoothie being told ?she still needs to... change the strawberry well get it.? Ended up sharing my soda while we waited and was told they don?t do refills here. Would liketo point out that there?s only been about 4 people since we got here. Came into this store to order lunch ordered a quarter pounder with bacon from the kiosk, 20 minutes later I walk over to the... counter to see what's raking so long and the lady asks what I ordered I tell her she shoves a bag that's been sitting there forabout 15 minutes getting cold at me I ask her how long it's been sitting there they don't tell me just offer to remake it I getit back and the only thing they did was replace the fries with fresh fries and recook my burger which now looks like a burntpancake. This McDonald?s needs some serious help! I have lived next to this McDonald for years and it just keep going down hill, food is... always made wrong! Always! Burnt! Or rude people considering they just remodeled the whole place and it looks really nice theyshould really take more pride in their food never give out something that looks like this... and the manager was there... sothe employees obviously don't care about the quality of food they're giving away! If we stop letting this happen as customerthen maybe it will stop!! Make them aware! And train your drive thru employees on customer service good attitude because theyyoung girls in a bad mood 80% of the time! Again! Just got home from getting the kids food, missing items, things are throwntogether!!! Sad!!! Never going back to this location! That was it for me! Such a disappointment!!!! Read more
