If someone is delivering a order for your company your staff should be more willing to give info on a time frame the order will... be finished . That customer already paid for the meal and it is important to fulfill that order asap . So if the order isalready 10 minutes late and a delivery driver asks approximately how much longer it will take don?t give them attitude like youare doing them the favor . This is the second time I?ve gotten something from this location recently and ordered it exactly the same and both times it has... been stale and overcooked and messy. The fries and drinks are always under filled. This used to be the go to McDonald?s for mebut as of recently the quality has gone down. Read more
For real? I went through the drive thru waited for quite a while. As I was pulling away I ate a fry and it was cold and dry... (clearly old) so I pulled back through. Told them so I waited while they made me new French fries which by the time they weredone my hamburger was cold so I gave it back so I could get a new one. I kinda figured they would think about it because I waswaiting for so long but I guess not. Then this is what I got in return when I got home. Needless to say it was disgusting. I cannot recommend this place as I am so disappointed every time I go there. The people are pretty decent oh, but the food just... keeps getting less and less and equality is less and less. If you look at the pictures you'll see they charge a little bit morefor their food now , but the quality is horrible and you don't get hardly anything on it also this was a medium Meal, whichmeans the medium fry should have more prize in it and that's how it came. Get tired of it telling people and asking for thingsand they want 16 bucks an hour for these people. I've literally watched people do things to people's food and these places oh,so I don't always ask them to fix my food I'm just tired of having to do it , I am fed up with McDonald's I will never go back,unless they start changing their ways. I noticed their food quality is always greasy and never fresh and hot . The french friesare hot and that's about it everything else is sitting in a pan dry or too greasy. They cut big time on their condiments sodon't expect anything as you can see in the picture that's how I received it . They seem to be losing the edge I don't know howthey stay as one of the biggest chains in the world when they keep compromising on their quality of food. Read more
Their menu is getting better. The chicken nuggets finally have real chicken and their value meal is great if your on the go.... It's so easy to order on their kiosk so you don't have to wait on line. The restaurants are clean and sleek and modernized andthousands of their facilities around the world. Read more
The girl at the drive thru held onto our order for 20 minutes while we were at the window and refused to give it to us even... though the entire order was in the bag. She messed around with the other workers and then tried to blame it on the peoplepreparing the food when she, for whatever reason I do not understand, would not give us the food.
