2 double cheese, no ketchup, no pickle. That only left onions and mustard. Both had literally 4 dots of mustard. I went back... through and told them I wanted mustard. They printed out extra mustard on the ticket, but now I literally have 8 dots. Dots. Read more

I had a mobile order hoping it will speed up the process and I wouldn't have to wait super long. Nope. That was a mistake. I... still had to wait 25 minutes for my orders. I had to check in like 3 times before someone actually worked on it. Super duperslow for a "fast food" place. Service was rude and I felt like I was bothering them. Seriously, if every review says that the employees basically need to be trained better, this location should probably take that... advice. I ordered a two cheeseburger combo with no pickles. One burger had pickles. The other one had just ketchup and cheese(no onions, no mustard). The fries and drink were the wrong size, and fries were only filled about 1/3 of the way up. So, Ibasically got a kids size fry. I got the order through GrubHub so I couldn't check the bag or anything before leaving. Thiswas the first time the order was messed up at pretty much everything I ordered, but it was also the first time I gotdelivery...not saying the delivery mattered, but I would venture to guess that the employees tend to care more about getting theorder right if the customer is right there to complain. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. The cheese was nowhere to be found. No ketchup was also given. This branch is not good.... I tried McDonald's in other countries where the wage is way lower but it seems like they do a better job there than the workershere in the US where McDonald's originated . ???? Read more
Be prepared, this place will mess up your order, not have a functioning soda machine, or be just plain rude. Update: Yep they... still need help. My son's burger was crazy ugly, not to mention they didn't even fill our drinks up. Come on people. Update2.20.22. I keep insisting on this location because it is close to home. The huge sign outside says their dining room isopen.....but.....locked doors. I am forced to go through the drive thru only to find out they can't make shakes which is theonly reason my Autistic son wanted to go here. So instead of leaving....I was stuck waiting in the line.
