This location is fast , usually long line but it goes moves right along, downfall is when I buy a large fries I expect them to... be full aleast, nope half full. This happened everytime, I even bought the fries back an had to tell them to fill the box up, soI don't buy large and just get medium, cheaper and same amount of fries. Read more

15 minutes in drive thru, missing items,and no sauce ....
Visited this McDonald's a little after midnight in the early morning of September 17, 2022. Was told in the drive thru that... they could only accept cash at that time. Agreed and placed my order. Ordered a large double Quarter Pounder meal, a 10 piecemcnugget, small fries, and two apple pies. Total which I realized after I got home did seem rather high, $20 even. Looked likeeverything was in the bag. Should have checked more thoroughly, but there were a few cars behind mine. Got home and saw that Inever received the small fry, and the large fry container was not even ¾ full. The fries were nothing close to crispy. Theywere soggy and just fell over before you could eat them. I am pretty sure the female working the drive thru register justpocketed the $20 I paid for my order with. She was not very professional or courteous. I asked for my drink that I thought shehad forgotten about, and she replied very rudely, "I'm getting it, I only have two hands". Usually there is a very kind andfriendly Hispanic gentleman working the drive thru at that hour, and he is very pleasant to deal with. Perhaps he was off, but Iam confident it would have been a much better experience dealing with him or someone else other than this female employee whowas working the drive thru at that time. Food quality on this visit along with the customer service was extremely subpar. Read more

Always busy right after high school gets out. 1-2 pm is bad time. But normally they are fast.
Went to this establishment @ Sat Aug 20 around 2 am. Long wait times. At least in drive thru 25mins. They were overwhelmed... which I understand . The cashier seemed annoyed w/ us. Someone else handed me the food. My food was meant for my kids and thankGod 1 of them didn't eat it but my daughter did; we both got bad stomach aches for 3 days now. I know this location is morebusier than usual but oh my this is wrong.!! Read more
