Ordered a large Hi C and 2 apple pies , curbside pick up : guy comes out and says it?ll be a 15 min wait . I told him cancel the... apple pies and I?ll just take the HiC . He sends his manager our , she starts explaining to me how the refund works , I neverasked for an explanation. I respond to her ?I?m just waiting for my HiC ? she says ?oh ok ? . Goes back inside AND THEN NO ONEWVER COMES BACK OUT WITH MY Hi C. Kids play area closed why? These people are lazy! This place is always filthy. Staff uses curse words fries are cold why is this... place a disaster. Management is responsible they don?t set standards. But the female manager with tattoo on back left arm suredoes yell the whole time that?s all you can hear in this place is her bossing the kids around! Why not make them clean up? Whynot open the play area? They are always playing around behind counter it?s cool to have a good time but when your place is dirtyclean it. I am a very funny nice guy from what my audiences say. This place almost brought out the ugly deeply suppressed inside of me.... The management was so mean and just lie after lie. No way to run a business. Mistakes happen but I watched them mess up thisgirls order(she was young and defenseless. Man they bullied her here so bad I almost went full Karen on them just as a decenthuman being I am. Such a garbage person would do this. Employee was rude, she opened the window and said here as she shoved the food at my husband. Our expectations are low because... it's fast food, but a person should be treated like a human. Read more
It's okay. The mobile app has issues as of 1/1/22. The managers were super nice however curbside took a while because they had... to scan my card due to the fact the app was having issues. They would not let me go in to swipe it myself. And to top it offthey said the receipt would not print. As I said, the manager was nice, it's just an inconvenience. Edit: the dining area isnow open from 7am- 9 pm. The play place is still closed though. Read more
This IS one of the McDonald's I have ever been to. All of the night shift workers are rude ???? and get my orders wrong every... time. Last visit this past Saturday was the worst! I ordered a unsweetened ice tea got a coke...fries as you can see from thepicture half full and soggy...just disappointing ???? Read more
The younger employees are better here than senior staff. Friendly and great on the speaker. Food is almost always fresh,... including the fries. Better cinnamon rolls than so-called gourmet places. Read more
Went through the drive thru and got a couple of cheeseburgers and fries. And they must have a damn good cook. The burgers were... one the best we have had from a McDonald's in a long time. Read more
