This is the most terrible location I?ve ever went to. I mean the food taste old and stale. The fries are terrible and burnt.... They have you sit in the car waiting for about 30mins. They always get the order wrong. Pretty bad place. My first time there and first, it's incredibly packed due to slow service. While waiting for my order, I went... to use the bathroom, and there's three tables taken up by bums, sleeping there. Then, my order was wrong. I told the lady at thecash register, she was very kind, but when she informed her boss, that woman tried to claim the order was right and didn't wantto fix it. The worst place ever! First the forgot my daughters apple slices. Then there was a black hair found in the middle of my chicken... sandwich. I called and they said they would refund me my money so I went back. When I got there and explained the situation themanager looked back at his staff and told me told me I don?t have anybody with that hair color. The hair inside my sandwich wasblack all of the girls back there had black hair.They were laughing and dancing in their area as well as the manager right infront of me. I completed an order in the app with a curbside pickup at 3. Based on a text from my credit card regarding the purchase the... order was placed at 7:30pm. At 7:40pm I walked into the store to hey there order. It appeared to be sitting on the counter.There was no apology or anything. I mentioned that over been waiting 10 minutes. The staff didn't care. If there was a manager,they must have been hiding. Probably my worst experience with a fast food place. In the future I will avoid this location! Read more
Ordered delivery from this McDonalds. I paid for vanilla iced coffee and got all creamer and basically no coffee. They failed at... something so simple. The meat in my burger was very dry. Fries were cold. Such a regrettable experience. Read more
