First thing walking in there was some homeless lady leaving a huge mess and asking any and everyone for a ride. The floor was a... mess and all tables dirty. Had to ask more than once for our drinks because they forgot. There was also another homeless manpassed out on a booth in the play area. The staff was also blasting loud inappropriate music in the kitchen area and never saidanything to the homeless people in the establishment. Read more
The staff was goofing around even though there were lines inside and out, walked in for my pick up and wasn't acknowledged until... I got my incorrect order 20 minutes later.. at least the guy who gave me my food fixed it quickly but he was the only onetrying. Everyone else was goofing around, not trying to get food done in a timely manor, and even swearing in front ofcustomers.. This included the shift lead, and my 4 year old was with me.. this was 10/29/22 pm.. not sure I'll be going to thislocation again.. Read more
I was so excited to get the adult happy meal, until I opened the box and realized that they forgot to give me a straw, and worst... of all they forgot the toy. Now, I?m not gonna cry about a missing toy, but I was disappointed because that was the point ofmaking the adult happy meal - to give us a nostalgic toy with our meal. Order of 1 med. fry and cheese danish , well got to pick-up window which took about 10 min. After paying, waited almost 15 min.... For food, girl asked what I ordered, closed window proceeded to make drinks an talk to someone else, after 10 min. I beeped myhorn 3 times to get her attention. She Never acknowledged my sitting there. Just kept talking to someone else. FINALLY sheopened the window an practically threw the bag at me an slammed the window. I tried calling the store but it says not a validnumber, PLUS CHEESE DANISH turned out to be A CINNAMON ROLL! BAD BAD Service, and BAD ATTITUDE for pickup window girl! Theybetter get with it, hire people that want a job for $15 an hour! And deserve this JOB! Maybe she needs to be programmed to beable to work with the public! Read more
What can I say, ITS MCDONALD?S! And when it?s good, it?s great! I had a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and some fries. Man... oh man, I tell you it was fresh, juicy and super tasty. We did a drive through run and the staff was very nice. We had to pullup to wait about 4 minutes for my order but it was for quality control. They made my fresh never frozen Quarter Pounder just forme! And that?s how I like it. I don?t mind the wait at such a time. It was about 8pm so I like the fact that they didn?t keepstale burgers sitting under a hot lamp. Fries were fresh and staff was just really nice. Great experience at McDonald?s forsure. It?s been a favorite of mine since I was little and almost never disappoints me. There?s times you can tell the food justsat there and this wasn?t the case at this location. I ordered the $16.99 BigMac bundle meal and both of my BigMac's had the top meat pattie missing ,i drive a gas guzzler and It... would had been an inconvenience to drive back and complain so I decided to just eat one of the the sandwiches and never to goback to this particular Macdonalds. Read more

Are you freaking kidding me? The label literally says extra mayonnaise (what I ordered), and they handed me this stale a$$... chicken sandwich with NOTHING ON IT!! And my bread is BURNT!! We waited almost 30 minutes for THIS!?!? And don't get me startedon the fries ???? they were cold, stiff, and almost orange colored from sitting out so long ????????????????????????????????? iam more than disappointed. Everything I ordered ended up being inedible. Which is insane cause I am PAYING FOR THIS FOOD!! Andyall want $15 an hour, yeah freaking right ???? This happened 11/26 around 740 pm.
