Writing this review not to be vicious, but in hopes that enough poor reviews will prompt change that benefits everyone (both... employees and patrons). 1. I've been to this location twice in the last 6 weeks. The drive thru line from ordering to receivingmy food took 29 minutes the first time. The second time, I went in thinking it would be faster. 27 minutes from ordering togetting my food. The ice was out, the Sprite was out,the milk was out, and the condiments were behind the counter (which wasirritating simply because the staff were too busy to pass any). 2. There is no doubt this is a busy location, but the increasein staffing doesn't seem to be alleviating the long wait times. There were 8-9 employees that I could see today, and while theywere all moving, I'm not sure their process was streamlined in any way. Everyone seemed to be doing everything which isn't veryefficient. Work smarter, not harder. 3. I wish the staff would have been a bit more polite. It's common courtesy to say 'Sorryfor the wait!' or 'Thanks for your patience!' when you're aware you're struggling to process orders within 5-10 minutes. Do NOT go to this McDonald's. Worst location ever! Everytime I go here, there's an issue. The only reason I came to this... location so much was because it was across the street from my apartment last year. Last week, I only went out of convenience.Costco closed early so I went to grab some quick food from here. Used the mobile order app. Waited for 45 minutes until I gotfed up and went inside. Explained that it's been almost an hour, if my food is not ready or almost ready to please give me arefund. A lady inside said she thinks they gave my food to someone else. So one of the employees starts making my food justasking my order on the fly. I had a DOUBLE quarter pounder, NO pickles, ADD BACON meal, a triple cheeseburger meal, and 10nuggets. The supervisor refunded my money and let me have the food anyway. But when the employee gave me the food I asked for mydrink cups she grabbed the cups and muttered under her breath about ungrateful rude customers. I NEVER came in there yelling orscreaming. I didn't appreciate her comment at all. When I came in there, I literally told them in a calm voice that I understandthey're busy, its dinner time, I get it. But its been 45 minutes waiting. I finally leave with my food and get home and myhusband's food was complete opposite. (Pics down below) It's McDonald's. Im not expecting nothing crazy, its cheap fast food.But this experience was ridiculous. Just a regular drive through experience. What set it apart was whoever was on the food handing window. It was a taller guy at... 7:45 on 6/9/22. He saw my dog and gave her a pup cup. I ordered through Uber eats and they gave me the wrong order. I reordered and told my delivery guy to make sure the give me the... correct order. I got the correct order however it was from the previous order. The new receipt was on top of the old receiptfrom the previous order. The food was stale and cold. I couldn?t eat it. This location is almost always way behind on orders, I waited 43min for a kids meal. Definitely go through the drive thru... because it has priority but still expect to wait and possibly be asked to park on the side. I suggest visiting a differentlocation if your on a time crunch.
