This is the slowest McDonald's in life form history. They got rid of the general manager and some other people which I thank God... they got rid of the one assistant manager guy cuz he was just horribly mean to customers and employees where he would yell. Butthe general manager tried her best and had been there for years. Regardless of change of staff it is continually slow. And theyconcentrate on drive-thru more than they do the walk-ins even if we use the screens ourselves. I try to avoid going over thereunless there's no line at all. I will stop at a McDonald's on my way to work somewhere else to get breakfast because I know whenI get here I'm stuck in a line because I can't go fast. Outrageous!! Never in my 20 years of eating McDonald?s have I had an experience as unpleasant as this. I ordered a Spicy... McChicken? and the bottom bun was flipped upside down!!! Distasteful! I?m never coming back to this location again and my kidswill NEVER take another bite of this ?food?. Have fun going bankrupt because you can?t make sandwiches correctly. Read more

Lobby was super clean. The kid at the counter needs customer service training. I decided to go into the lobby since the drive... through is always full and slow. Read more

They often close the lobby HOURS before the posted time and don't put up any signage when they do. Online orders are never... ready. Very understaffed location. Maybe the owner should think about paying more per hour in this market. I always see peopledriving off instead of waiting in line. Read more

I went through the drive thru Waited 30 min only to end up having to go inside and wait for them to finally give me my order and... an empty cup for me to fill up. At this point I'm upset but it's fine they were busy and I can understand that. What I don'tunderstand is how it takes 30 min to give me only 1/3 of my order and an empty cup. So not only was my time wasted I also amout 15$ worth of food out of the 34$ I spent not counting tax! Literally the worst experience I have had with this particularMcDonald's location. Read more

Very clean and the employees are professional and polite. I like the new touch screen method for ordering your food because you... can customize without any confusion and holding up the line trying to explain what you want done to certain items. Read more

Update... went today and ordered a large fry. It was only filled half way up :( No line at lunch on a Saturday. Food is hot and... as exactly ordered. Staff were all fantastic and friendly. Pulled up front for the rest of the order and it came out within aminute. We plan to go to this McDonald's from now on. Read more

If I could give it zero stars I would!! They messed up my order 3 times!! We got home and there were NO chicken nuggets in our... sons happy meal just fries and a toy!! The last time we came the qaurter pounder was raw in the middle and Its is raw again!!!!!!We stopped at this location hoping to have a better experience but it was actually worse!! Truly unbelievable!! We willnever go to this location again! Another costumer pulled up as we left and said they forgot half his order too!!!
