I have been to this location numerous times and they're always pretty good about my orders and customer service. Nothing... outstanding, until today. There was a young lady who upon entering the restaurant held the door open for me, she went behindthe counter asked my order number. Instead of standing around she grabbed a towel and started wiping down drink station etc.Once I left she once again held the door open and told me have a great day. Read more
We all know that there is a labor shortage, especially in places like fast food. However, you honestly would never know it at... this Mcdonald's. I was impressed by the well-written note hanging at the drive-thru intercom asking customers to please be kindto the staff that are working because everyone is struggling to hire. Sad that it needs to even be said, but great way topreempt possible delays and complaints. That said, this crew is ALWAYS friendly and speedy at a location that seems to have aline most of the time. Yes I have gotten a couple orders that were wrong, but all were kitchen mistakes and when busy that canhappen and the food we got instead was still fresh. With a 15yo in football, this is an easy quick stop several days a week fora "snack" and it will continue to be because I know it will be quick and friendly. Read more
First of all...I liked that this manager hired teenagers to work during summertime but with that said, out of 5 times I... ordered..they only got my order right once. I order the same thing almost every time. What I see is teenagers havingconversations, laughing while ppl are waiting to order. They need adult supervision especially at night. And the owner is notprofessional at all. I don't even go to this McDonald's anymore because customer service is horrible. Read more
Wish the curbside pick up didn't take so long but overall delicious! I've gotten my fries super fresh and warm multiple times!
Paid 9$ for a cold chicken tender size breast patty meal. Sprite was straight up club soda. Fries tasted older than the... restaurant with so much salt I spit it right out. With a 20 min drive thru time I should?ve just went to the tavern up the road.0000??0000 Read more
This McDonald?s is marketed as 24 hours but on 2/26/21 at 11:32pm it was closed. Their drive thru had cones blocking it. It?s a... Saturday night and I?m certain they weren?t supposed to be closed. I called four times two times they picked up and hang up.Once they let it go to voicemail and the fourth the phone was giving a busy signal. The employees were definitely there theirvehicles were parked right out front. I?ll be calling again in the morning to leave a complaint with the general manager of thislocation. Read more
This magical place is exactly as you would expect from just about any other McDonald's. Its fast and consistent food. I always... know what my palate will experience when my food is served; except for the fries since sometimes they are hot and fresh andother times not so hot or fresh. Read more
