Never had a problem until this morning. Waited 25 minutes. I was the first customer. I greeted them at the microphone and nobody... answered. I said hello and good morning a couple times and after about 5 minutes I pulled up to the drive thru window because ofno answer. I understand it was early, right at opening, but I expect someone to answer the microphone when you say good morningif you're "open". They finally answered the drive thru window and I advised them that I had a mobile order and they then told meto wait 5 minutes in the drive thru spot. Not bad, but if the app let's me place an order and charges my card I expect therestaurant to get the order and be ready, even at opening. Staff should be in an hour early before opening to be prepared.Anyway, after 20 more minutes, I went to the window after patiently waiting and watching 5 cars pass by and I told them I wantedmy food that I paid for, and they had the audacity to be snappy at me. I went here and we were deciding what to order and the lady got really snippy when she was on the speakers, and then didn't... listen when we told her our order, if you're going to act like that, then your service deserves no stars Read more

This location is often very busy but they do a good job at serving quickly to keep the line moving. I've never had major... problems. Morning staff is friendly. Afternoon staff friendliness varies. Read more

Order food from app and sat at spot #1 for 15mins then decided to go to the drive thru window to see what was up, because no one... was gonna come out and see why I was there. They didn't know what happen to my order,so they had me go back to spot #1 and wait.Finally a total of 30mins have gone by and I asked what was the hold up? The girl said I'm gonna be honest I just got here and Iheard someone processed the order... then I get home and what do I see? ONIONS!!! I asked for no silver onions!! Used to go here for the breakfast food every once in a while, because the normal menu items started giving my family and I... stomach aches. As of now I'm done with McDonalds as a whole. The employees(at the drive through) are hit or miss. Sometimesnice and efficient, other times they don't even greet you and essentially throw your receipt at you. Apparently this is a directconsequence of management and their lack of leadership which gets me to the reason for my review. Went today for exactly 4breakfast items orders well before they stopped serving breakfast, did my order on the app because it's way faster than tryingto speak to the team who attempts to take orders at this location. Waited until I could get their attention to give them my codefor the order, gave my code and was told to pull forward, and I was met with a confused look when I told this same person that Ihad just given my code to that I had already paid on the app. I repeated my order again before the employee went to get theirmanager: and this is why I'm not coming back. The manager came to the window and said that my order "hadn't gone through" butshe could try to "push it through" and see if that would work. She came back 20 seconds later and said, and I quote, "they don'teven have anymore breakfast" and stared at the register behind the window. We sat in silence for a while because I was wonderingif there was more I was missing before I realized that was all she had to say. I confirmed that I wasn't charged and pulledoff. Gas wasted, time wasted, and the manager didn't even try to make any part of this right for me. I didn't need an excuse tostay away from this unhealthy restaurant, but I can thank whoever was working today for giving me the final push away from thisfood chain: there's the one positive aspect, and the reason you get one star. Good customer service and reasonably priced. Can be super busy during peak hours so be ready to wait in the Drive-Thru and... inside. Don't mess your order up like other McDonald's. Read more
