Never had a problem until this morning. Waited 25 minutes. I was the first customer. I greeted them at the microphone and nobody... answered. I said hello and good morning a couple times and after about 5 minutes I pulled up to the drive thru window because ofno answer. I understand it was early, right at opening, but I expect someone to answer the microphone when you say good morningif you're "open". They finally answered the drive thru window and I advised them that I had a mobile order and they then told meto wait 5 minutes in the drive thru spot. Not bad, but if the app let's me place an order and charges my card I expect therestaurant to get the order and be ready, even at opening. Staff should be in an hour early before opening to be prepared.Anyway, after 20 more minutes, I went to the window after patiently waiting and watching 5 cars pass by and I told them I wantedmy food that I paid for, and they had the audacity to be snappy at me. It wasn't too bad but you could hear the attitude. Not agood experience. They're better at lunch when they're staffed. Read more
