The McDonald's on lake Mead and Hollywood is horrible. They never seem to have what they need as far as drinks and several other... menu items. Won't go there anymore which is a shame because it's the closest to home. Read more

Horrible staff. The night crew is terrible and stupid. The manager was very unprofessional also. This location needs new staff... because every time I come here the staff seems to not know proper customer service skills. Read more
Man it must take only 1 IQ to get hired here because some of these night workers be acting stupid, put an order in online and... they say they dont see it, ask what you're waiting for 15 times when they know what you're waiting for, then they'll walk overto the cash register and finally see it? You kidding me? And not only that then they'll ask the same question over and over whenI said "yes i wanna pay for it here" they reply "so do you wanna pay for it here?"
