I purchased all of my food online, and I sat in the spot where I requested for it to be delivered to. And I sat there for 30... minutes. I tried to give leeway considering they were extremely busy, but I saw the manager asking other people what theirorders were and they got help. I sat there. When I went in, I was informed The screens had not worked all night long and it wasmy responsibility to walk in and make sure my order had been placed properly. This is the customer service I experience everytime I go. I will drive down the street to Jack in the Box from now on, where they don't act like I'm a burden literally everytime I come. Read more
Usually a good place to eat but last couple weeks i'v been getting under cooked fries. Like really soft fries. Hope this issue... is taken care of. People like crispy McDonald's fries not soft McDonald's fries. Thank you!! Read more
Food was OK but you can't refill ur drink cause there is no fountain and the playground is closed my kids wanted to play ????
I patiently waited in line. When my turn finally came, some man walked in the door, bypassed the line, physically pushed me out... of the way and demanded he be served next. For a busy location, this spot kills it!! Breakfast always tastes fresh and lunch time rush is handled with ease. The crew is... fast and friendly. My double qp tastes fresh grilled and fresh fries. Only lost a star for this particular visit because theygave my son extra fries instead of apple slices in his HM. Read more
Because the Big Mac is one of the best hamburgers ever. I love the fries here order them with no salt you'll get them hot every... time. Customer service always good at every McDonald's I've ever gone to I love how fast the checkout is I love the two lanesthat they have that's pretty awesome makes it go by faster quicker service when you're in a hurry or in a pinch and you're on ashort lunch break. But Big Mac Big Mac definitely please don't ever go away McDonald's because they're the best. definitely trythe fries with hot mustard it's so good this way. you can also order up the secret menu which you'll have to Google and find outyourself. The food is usually fresh people that are usually at the window are pretty smiley and always willing to offer youanything else that you need condiments napkins etc. I think this is probably my favorite McDonald's to go to because of thesmiles on the faces of the customer service employees that work there behind the window that are servicing us and making surethat we are tended to and happy with our order. I was really really disappointed in the service received today. I had stopped after work around 6:30pm and there was a big line... but I had to go to the drive thru since the app would not let me add an extra patty. Once it was my time to order the persontaking my order said they could not do that so that was fine I decided to just get two and I also used 6000 points for a happymeal. Well when I drove up to I get get my food they have given my sandwich?s in error to the car in front so they gave me myhappy meal and the girl giving the orders told me to wait in the front as they were going to make new ones. I parked and waitedfor over 10 mins for something that was not my fault. I decided to go in and just get my refund. 30 mins later I give the ladyat the register my kids meals and drink and tell them what just happened and told them I just want my refund. They call themanger she starts to process my refund does not apologize at all gives me my money back and then I asked her if my points for myhappy meal will go back in my app and she said it would and that my receipt showed the refund. I asked if so if I went toanother McDonald?s would I be able to get my happy mean and she said I would. Well guess what I went to another McDonald?s andI was not able to. The manager there said I would need to go to the McDonald?s where I see the points to get the happy meal. Iwas so upset. At the end of the day I didn?t get my free happy meal I saved up my points for and over all the worst experienceat a McDonald?s I have had. Read more
