Went in to get my app order..... Not even a hello Lobby was shut down well I was in waiting for my order.... then I sat down at... a dirty table.... could not find a clean one..... then when I asked about it..... I was told some kids came in and messed itup.... And why am I questioning the reason I was trapped inside a roll down door..... also I am a A.ss h.... and I shouldnever come back! Great customer service! This was from a manager! There is a new McDonalds just down the street. Please go toany other McDonalds..... I went to the store, the lobby was closed. I went thru drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with a medium fry and... medium drink. I had a coupon that stated free fry and drink medium size with a purchase of a crispy chicken sandwich. I told theperson at the drive thru I has this coupon. When I got to the window, the cashier has the coupon but charge me full price forthe food. When I said something, the manager has to refund the difference. The manager said I did not notify them that I had thecoupon, I felt disrespected because the manager basically called me a liar. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru and my fries werecold. Read more
Horrible, horrible service. Soooo many employees and not organized. I waited 20 minutes! For an ice coffee. Once I get inside... the restaurant to ask for my money back, I see 3 young man just standing, it seem that they didn't know what to do. I asked oneof them for a refund so he called the manager. The manager it seem that he didn't even know how to do a refund because he wastaking a while to figure out the register. He said he will not give the full refund for the meal, he will do it just for thecoffee, which it was ok because that is what I wanted, I wouldn't dare to ask for a refund for something that I had eatenalready while waiting for the coffee. He asked me for the 3rd time if I would rather have the coffee and honestly I just gavein, because I notice that he didn't know how to do a refund and it was faster to just get the coffee. If I could give this McDonald's less than one star I would. Their customer service is mediocre at best you go in there to order... and they tell you that you need to go through the app or the drive-through because they don't want to open up the inside of thediner for breakfast And while you're sitting there ordering on the app somebody I approach you to see if they can help you andthe manager of their goes already told him to order through the app in my opinion that's not customer service. And even more soeven if you order to the app they still can't get the order correct, This doesn't make any sense to me and when you call theMcDonald's customer service line they tell you what we'll have the manager or the manager or the owner of the restaurant reachout to you and guess what they don't reach out to you it gets sweeped under the rug like it doesn't matter. Every single car that came through the drive thru was made to park. Half an hour later I still don't have my food, not even a... big order a medium number 1. The people are rude and have a "whatever" attitude. How this McDonald's is still open is beyond me.No actual sense of urgency. Update: after fifty minutes went inside. Order hadn't even been started, had to ask for my moneyback. Told to wait for manager, another. Ten minutes go by, no apology for anything.
